Perfect location
It was as described. No suprises. Everything worked. Comfortable and close to our destination, which was a conference at the Broadmoor. 5 min walk to conference center and 12 min drive to multiple trailheads.

Beautiful property and locatuon
Large enough to host visiting family for pizza and beer on the beautiful back balcony. Beds amd linens were clean and comfortable. On site management is great. Will stay here again.

Classic Broadmoor area home!
We were in town from three different states to celebrate our grandson‘s first birthday. The home was big enough and well appointed to satisfy our large family with a variety of ages and tastes. Larry and Susan or phenomenal hosts and were incredibly responsive to our every need. The family that owns this property has thought of everything. We were very delighted with our stay.

Spotless Stay in an Incredible Spot
Our stay for a wedding at the Broadmoor was absolutely incredible. The place was spotless!! We had on call service that was top notch. We had the best stay we could have imagined. The beds were AMAZING! Sheets were super soft, and the towels were beautiful. Also, you’re steps from the Broadmoor, and hiking, and a million other wonderful things. 10/10 recommend. Don’t miss this rental!

We loved this older house with a lot of character. It's well furnished and has been updated. The neighborhood is beautiful, just around the corner from the Broadmoor Resort.

This was the perfect property to celebrate our son's graduation from the Air Force Academy. It has ample space to have young and old over for food and celebration.

Great In-state Vacation
We had a great time at 1550 Mesa! The location was perfect -- within 15 minutes to all of the sites we wanted to visit (the Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor, UCCS, Old CO City, etc.). We were also close to many great eateries. The house was truly perfect -- my parents took the king bed downstairs, my 3 teenaged boys each stayed in their own beds downstairs, and my husband and I had the king bed on the main floor -- plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house is unique, with doors everywhere, cool nooks and crannies, and lovely stained glass windows. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning -- it was so nice and peaceful. We would totally stay there again.

Sweet Cottage
This home was very cozy with all of the comforts from home, it felt more like being at a family member's place with all of the little extra's. The location could not have been better and we absolutely loved seeing all of the neighborhood deer each day.

Charming House in Lovely Area
We enjoyed our stay and would like to make a couple of suggestions: in your listing you might want to mention that there are stairs to downstairs bedrooms; downstairs bathroom needs at least two more towel racks and also something to serve as a vanity for incidentals.

Great stay!
1550 was a perfect fit for us. Three couples attending a wedding at Broadmoor...so close...and enjoying the beautiful area. We did all of it, eventually doing Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, Seven Fall..a very fun and pleasant surprise. Home is lovely...could use more light in the living room bu otherwise perfect.

Beautiful home with lots of privacy if you are traveling with two families or two parties for business. We were met at the property by the owner's representative, given the grand tour, handed the keys and then a perfect stay just seemed to fall into place.

As Advertised. Clean, Comfortable, Spacious, Quiet.
Perfect location and walking distance to the Broadmoor. Quiet, Clean, Spacious. Beautiful home with Deer literally in the back yard. I would definitely book this home again and would highly recommend it. (my only "very small" complaint was a relative lack of power outlets... and 3 prong outlets... but this is an older home). Again, Overall, a very nice home very close to hiking trails and mountain bike trails right up against the mountains.

Beautiful home
This is an AMAZING home!! It is beautiful, lots and lots of room!!!!! This home is right by the Broadmoor Hotel, which is beautiful!!!! You are also about 15 to 20 minutes to Pikes Peak, The Garden of the Gods, The Cave of the Winds, The Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Manitou Springs shopping. The care takers are very helpful and friendly, We will definitely return!!!!

Wonderful house, beautiful area -- loved it!
This was an amazing older home that was kept up beautifully. The area was wonderful and right next to the Boardmore. Plenty of beautiful scenery and wildlife was all around us. our family plans to stay here again‼️ 👍🏻

Beautiful, roomy house with lots of space for our family to spread out.
We loved the house! It was well-equipped and very comfortable. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside, so much so that I got lost inside in the first day we were there! The house is beautifully furnished and has lots of conveniences and luxuries, such as a washer and dryer with detergent provided, a well-equipped kitchen, a large gas grill on the deck, whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, multiple televisions with a varied cable package, and two staircases to the bedrooms in the lower level, so that we could go up and down without disturbing the person sleeping in the "pass-through room". The house was plenty big for our eight family members, with plenty of beds and areas for relaxing. We loved the large deck. There were lots of tables and chairs available for eating inside and out. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood in general and on the grounds of the nearby Broadmoor Hotel. The house was close to the zoo and also great hiking trails. Larry and Susan, the caretakers, were responsive to our questions and suggestions. One suggestions was that the bathroom downstairs adjoining the bedroom with two queen beds is in need to more towel racks and shelves. There was only one towel rack for a bathroom being used by four people. That bedroom also needs a dresser or shelf (or two), as there is really very little room for spreading out suitcases. Overall, our experience was great and we would wholeheartedly recommend this house!

Perfect location!
This home was not only located in an ideal area of town, but also comfortably fit our large family. This traditional house offers guests plenty of space, and the hosts are more than accommodating! We would love to return;)
