We really loved the house and the view!! The kitchen was VERY well stocked which was a plus. The check-in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating!! The only complaint would be and wasn’t a huge deal, but we could have used another bathroom to two. We had a wonderful week with our whole family. I would recommend this house highly!

This was an excellent stay and our entire family had immense fun. So many different games to keep the kids occupied. The kids also loved the pool and of course everyone loved the hot tub. It was very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The view from all around the house is stunning during sunrise/sunset. Kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. Large table to sit a large family all together - no need to split anyone. We are easy going people - so for us, this is a 5 star stay and would return again. I will mention some things for consideration that others might knock down a star in future: for the amount of people this place holds, more towels would be great. We were scrounging for towels and had to do multiple washes to maintain clean towels. Tables were still sticky and a little black mold in the pink kids room bathroom. We do safety checks wherever small children stay and the large armoire in the pink kids room isn’t anchored. So make sure any little ones know to be mindful. I saw a previous comment regarding a lot of house rules when we were originally looking for a place to stay and I will agree there were a lot of rules that are sent prior to arrival. With that said, if your lifestyle in your own home includes a typically clean home and you are individuals who respect other people’s property - then you’ll be fine. This isn’t a hotel - this is someone’s home and you’ll need to do the typical chores. Like trash, etc.

Gulley Family reunion

We had a wonderful time on our family reunion staying in your spacious home. We especially enjoyed the new pool table and had a family competition. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. The over sized dining room table was perfect for our whole family of 13. My husband and I thought the master suite was wonderful. We enjoyed the view while spending time outside. The patio furniture itself was worn, yet served its purpose. We enjoyed the large hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit was perfect for our s’mores. This home is well suited to accommodate large groups of varied ages. Allison was quick to respond to our inquiries.

Came there for a family reunion and had a great time. Had a few little things that were rectified quickly and I want to personally thank Allison and Tom for getting back to us so quick. Kids had a blast with so much to do that they didn't even think about the TV. House was more than spacious for 18 people and the pool and hot tub was a big hit. If you want quiet and nature this is the place and don't forget to watch for the deer that roamed through the property.

Family vacation

We all loved the view and the peace and quiet. .........the children especially enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hottub,but there seemed to be a shortage of towels. Over all our stay was most enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent for a large group!

We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property for Large Groups

We had 12 people stay for a weekend and everyone was very happy with the house. It was clean, plenty of comfortable beds, kitchen amenities for cooking and plenty of places to congregate as a group inside and out. The property is beautiful with a view of Pike's Peak. The lap pool was a hit and it was very clean as well. Host was very prompt and responsive to inquires and very easy to work with. This was a wonderful place for a get away, we wish we'd had more days to spend relaxing and enjoying all the activities the home had to offer. We all agreed we will likely return.

Fabulous Family Getaway

My wife and I take our 4 kids, spouses and 6 grandkids on an extended weekend experience for our Christmas’s present to them. We look for a property with lots of space and activitiesThis property had it all! The pool was a favorite with the grand kids and some of the adults did early morning laps. The wood burning fireplace was such a nice treat from the gas one we have at home. Nothing like a crackling fire when it’s single digits outside. The hot tub was a favor for the Adults. Plenty of room for the 15 of us. Played a lot of pool And, shuffleboard. Everyone loved the place and had a very memorable long weekend!

Amazing getaway with Peak views

This was a beautiful getaway off the beaten path. You’ll find everything you need including some neat extras like an indoor lap pool!!! The outdoor fire pit was also amazing. Truly an amazing stay

family get together in Colorado Springs

We stayed here with family (children and grandchildren). The house was beautiful and had so much to do for all ages. The house was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family! The location was gorgeous! We saw deer in the backyard. The pool and hot tub were fabulous as well. I would definitely stay here again! The view was amazing!

Ladies Weekend

We had our Ladies of Grace (ministry in Colo Springs CO) retreat at this home. This is an annual event for us and everyone really enjoyed the property. We had devotionals, we hiked, we ate and ate and ate and had the best time. It really is a lovely home. We appreciate the owners opening up their home so we could have a beautiful time talking about Jesus.

Firefighters Memorial Visit

This house is amazing. We all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the house. The hot tub was great, the pool was fun and all of the games were lots of fun.

Nice house, lots of space

The house is nice and mostly private location. There were A LOT of rules. It scared us to not want to even touch some things and risk something going wrong. Owner was prompt in responding, but kind of rude. The rules sent by the owner don't match the instructions at the house, so that was confusing. Kitchen was well stocked with plates/silverware, but lacking in dish towels and such. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to have space. Overall, it was a nice place for the whole family to stay.

The view west towards Pike's Peak is incredible. My family loved the big kitchen and all the gaming activities. Smart on your part to separate them into 3 distinct areas. The younger grands really enjoyed the pool area. House rules were very detailed.

Family Reunion

The house was fun. The wooded location was beautiful, and it was reasonably close to the attractions we wanted to see (Pike’s Peak, Zoo, Garden of the Gods, etc.). The house had great amenities—lots of beds, two refrigerators and freezers, indoor pool, new hot tub, outdoor swing/gym for the kids, etc.)
