The host communicates very well and is very attentive. They aren’t high end, but more casual and relaxed. We had what we need, but some other things were broken. We didn’t need those things though. I would stay here again if I was looking for a place with a low price point that was still comfortable to be in.

The house is a bit dated with some small issues like broken furniture or water temp issues, but overall the stay was nice, we enjoyed the hot tub and the views. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the living room was great for conversation or family games. The gym equipment is mostly broken, as well as the yard games but we weren’t planning on using them.

We enjoyed our stay! House had plenty of space for our family. The house was clean and ready when we arrived, communication with the host was fast and he answered all questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were perfect for our part of 12. We had all we needed with the exception of towels. More large bath towels would have been more convenient for our stay. We did like that host would take food to the needy. We had planned on doing the same but read that host would. Cudos for you guys. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds in the back yard and occasionally leaving food bread for them.

The kitchen setup was good, but I think some of the items in the kitchen could be updated. The hot tub, sandbox, and bocce ball court were nice to have access to. The bedrooms were spacious as well. The host was at the property several times while we were there and was very friendly. I do think he could spend some time on the inside of the house making some minor improvements, such as tightening door handles, making closet doors open and shut smoother, etc. Overall though, a positive stay.

The host was very responsive and accommodating and the house was a good size and accommodated our group well. However, the house was pretty outdated and could use some improvements. The carpeting in the downstairs bedrooms were very dirty and stained, the paint in the bathroom shower floor was peeling, the couches were all broken and there were parts held together by tape. Outside, the hot tub was not usable, there was caution tape around the outside area and the corn hole bags were broken. The kitchen was well equipped with basic essentials however the pans in the kitchen were not in good condition and borderline unsafe to use. Overall the space worked for what we needed it for but based on the lack of cleanliness and updates I am not sure we would stay again.

Overall, this is a great place to stay for a larger family or group. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a perfect rating is provided below, but I want to start with the positives:-Zoltan is a wonderful host. He is attentive, responsive, patient, and quick in his communication/interactions. -The house has five very spacious bedrooms, so whether for a family or couples/ladies weekend, everyone will have a decent space for sleeping.-The house is well-stocked, from kitchen/cooking items (Keurig, all sorts of herbs and spices, to-go coffee cups, and more were nice touches). -The location is tough to beat. It is very close to Target and a large grocer, Starbucks and gas. It is a quick ride to downtown, and a 15-20 minute ride to GotG, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak Highway in a safe neighborhood with nice/quiet neighbors. That said, if you’re there to party, this is NOT going to be the place for you as it’s a residential neighborhood and the neighbors are RIGHT there on both sides.The only reason I can’t give a perfect review:-There were several broken or extremely worn down areas, pieces of furniture, or fixtures both inside and out. I did reach out to Zoltan and even took pictures because I had concerns that we could be held liable for damage. He both apologized and assured me we would not be, but it wasn’t a good initial feeling to arrive to. -We didn’t use some of the featured amenities we had hoped to due to anxiety around their condition.If updated, we’d return.

Great for family vacation

This property worked very well for our three generation trip which included three teenagers. The house was clean and the host was very responsive to any messages we sent. The location was convenient for visiting all the attractions and the neighborhood was quiet. A great stay!

A Accommodations

Home was centrally located to all major attractions. Home had all the essentials needed. Just bring your cloths & toothbrush. Don’t forget your bathing suit for the hottub. Wonderful view off the back porch to enjoy the Mountain View and to hear taps and revival. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The house was clean and as expected. There were a few problems and the owner was responsive and repaired and/or cleaned up the issues. However the outside games were broken and could not use the corn hole

Gave us what we needed

We got what we needed. Plenty of beds. 3 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. Beautiful view from the deck. I wouldn’t rent it for the hot tub. Needs a new cover. Wasn’t really clean and the jets didn’t really work well. The “gym” isn’t really necessary and kind of antiquated. The treadmill is broken. But, the host was very nice and easy to work with. We had a great time in Colorado and didn’t really spend much time at the Vrbo anyway. It is close to all amenities
