Amazing experience!

The stay was amazing! Even though there was a family living above the basement area, the sound levels were not bad at all. The family was so sweet! The downstairs was clean and very spacious.

PERFECT!!

We LOVED it here! The hosts are the sweetest people, including their children! They are eager to help in any way you might need. Check in was easy and they even let us know the place was ready early. Quiet and safe neighborhood located close to everything we wanted to do and see. It was super clean and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. I honestly can’t think of a single complaint and I can’t wait to come back ASAP!

MAMYDRY

My husband and I spent 5 night at the Globetrotters Den. The photos are an accurate portrayal of this clean and comfortable space. We appreciated that along with a bowl of snacks, some basic supplies (coffee, tea, cooking oil spices)were provided. Should we ever have the occupation to return to Colorado Springs, we would definitely want to stay at the Globrtotters Den.

Well located and spacious

The property involves a spacious, well equipped, and clean basement apartment. The owner is very clear about the family noise overhead in the listing, which also involved some dogs during my stay. Everything I needed to know was well communicated either in personal messages or on-site documentation. The couple personal interactions I had with the owner were welcoming and helpful.

Globetrotter stay

The “den” suited us perfectly! The entire living space was immaculate. It is located in a great spot, near both Manatou Springs & all the interesting places in & near Colorado Springs. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to visit again!

Just as Expected!

We enjoyed our time and had everything we needed and more while staying at their property. It was very close to the hikes we wanted to do and had great, delicious restaurants nearby. The downstairs was clean and exactly what we expected from the photos!

The memories came flooding back

This property was built by my grandmother and it was her home for many years. I sold it to the lovely family that host it, and they have done wonders with the home. There is lots of room, no detail is forgotten, the price is right, and it’s located near downtown. Make your own memories at the Globetrotters Den.

Great property in a great location with a very gracious host family

This place is ideal. The place was clean and well maintained with a large amount of space. One note is that the family lives in the house above with young kids. There is a fair amount of noise in the morning starting around 6:30 am. This was not a problem for my group, but it is something to consider before booking. I would highly recommend this place.

Ready and willing to help

When we first arrived, the space was not yet cleaned, but they quickly were able to get it cleaned. They refunded us one night and even paid for our dinner as an extra courtesy. So, we were not inconvenienced at all, because they so quickly took care of the issue and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For anyone wanting a really comfortable home away from home, and they also want to know that any issues they face will be taken care of, this space is perfect.

Nice place and hosts are very friendly and helpful

We had everything we needed. Place was very clean short driving distance to Manitou springs, garden of the gods, cave of the winds and downtown. Would stay there again.

Hiking trip

Very spacious and comfortable place to stay . The host has every possible thing you might need in the kitchen . The instructions to check out are very easy to follow . The area is close to restaurants , stores , and important hiking places at Colorado Springs .
