Amazing little cottage
Such a cute and amazing little cottage that we got to stay in, the owners were super, super nice and helpful, and we would’ve been totally screwed without them. The property was clean and accurate, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back :)

Perfect getaway!
This little cottage was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend to escape from the city for the weekend. The fireplace kept up very warm throughout the winter night. Love the area and the beautiful creek behind it. Would definitely recommend to another couple!

Clean cute little cozy place like the soaking tub shower combo the wood burning fireplace was nice will definitely book again for a quick getaway from the big city.

Great Location
This cabin was in the perfect location for all that my husband and I wanted to do! It’s not terribly large, but for sleeping it did it’s job. The hot tub was fantastic and the little heater kept us exceptionally warm!

Cascade getaway
Love this property. Amazing wood burning fireplace and jetted tub. Perfect getaway for couples to just relax and forget about the stresses of life. Visit Manitou or Woodland Park just short drives from the cottage. The hosts were very responsive and gracious, we can’t wait for our next stay. Also, check out their caboose property next door! Cozy bear cottage
I wish we had more time out in Cascade so we could stay in Kimmy and Jesh’s place for longer! We counted 27 bears around the placed can you find more? My girlfriend and I went up for my birthday/anniversary. We did the manitou incline, garden of the gods, plus some bonus Colorado springs exploration. This stay was perfect in location! The hosts were incredibly accommodating. We asked them for dinner and lunch recommendations and they hit the spot. I’m looking forward to going to them again next time I want to visit the springs.

Just what we needed!
The hosts have outdone themselves here! We enjoyed our stay very much. Super relaxing and super cozy. The creek in the back yard is beautiful and the hot tub under the stars was amazing! Everything a couple could want. The location is certainly worth noting as well. Close to all the fun things! It was really clean and the perfect place to come home to in the evenings to unwind! Thank you!

What’s not to love about this place! It’s adorable, cozy, has a hot tub and a nearby hiking trail. The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect. We had the best stay here!

A decent room built on the back of garage. Dark at check in, had NO instructions, took 40 min of Orbitz hanging up on us and Owner not answering or at Home. We finally found it around back, unlocked. Flimsy french doors, just a deadbolt. JET TUB HAD NOTHING BUT CRUD COMING OUT. There is a door to thier house in the toilet room. The walk ways we were not properly clear of snow and ice entire stay. Had to ask for wood after we burned through thier yard brush they had for us 1st night. Owner complained to us, but had nice cut logs she pointed out for themselves. Just not for the guest. 8am Saturday morning there was construction next door, and more banging the next. Absolutely will not return to this inconvenience.

Fantastic location. Very cozy with a wonderful fireplace. The tub/shower is extremely deep and big enough for a big person to have a nice bath. Nice and clean hot tub.

Peaceful setting near everything we wanted
This property suited us very well as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs, but only a few minutes drive from the attractions in Manitou Springs. The only downside of the room is the lack of adequate storage space. Since we're on a month-long road trip, we had considerable clothing and supplies that we had to tuck under the bed or keep on the floor near the eating area. I'd stay here again, however, without hesitation.

Cozy and perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay! This place is quite and cozy and was decorated so beautifully. The extra touches such as the coffee, creamer and the comfortable robes made for a win in my book. Having the restaurant Wines of Colorado within walking distance was a treat. There food and creek side dining was awesome. We will return!

This property has it all- beautiful scenery, spacious, all the household needs, wildlife, best adventures around every where! I would definitely stay there again- except next time I would rent the caboose because it has a better bed!

One of the best Colorado Springs has to offer!
This place was so cute and decorated so well. Had everything we needed and was only about 20 minutes away from all the fun stuff you can do! Only one hour from the Royal Gorge as well. We loved our stay and it felt so homey ❤️

Connie is a wonderful host, we were delighted to stay at the cascade room. It was a cozy place perfect for romantic getaways. The fire place inside the room is amazing along with the jetted tub, which is maintained very well. The outside views are simply stunning. One can sit in the hottub and star gaze at night. The hosts were really helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Quiet romantic getaway. Recommend for any couple looking to relax and unwind. Hot tub, jetted tub and fireplace were amazing! Connie was readily available but not needed as it was a beautiful room. Manitou Springs just down the road with plenty of great food and drink options.
