    We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



    Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    We require a refundable hold of $500 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $20 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



    AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



    NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside.



    Dog Policy:



    This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

    One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.



    Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



    Type of Cooling for the Home

    Window unit upstairs by master bedroom and portable unit for main floor. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the AC is lowered below it's standard working capacity it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



    We requests guests to close the front window shades in the afternoon, as it will help keep the heat out as the front of the house will have direct sun until the sun goes down behind the mountains and to close them at night during winter months to keep the cold out. Please do not open any of the front of the house windows, if you are wanting to cross breeze, please open basement patio door, close screen door and use the whole house fan in the upstairs hall to allow cool air when it is cooler outside, or enjoy the AC.



    Reminders About the Property

    -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

    -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

    -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Love this place so much, I’m staying there again! It’s clean, bright, spacious, had all the amenities, and my pup absolutely loved the yard. It’s also in a nice neighborhood, across the street from so many restaurants and a Safeway for grocery shopping. Lots of green areas too to walk. The house is very communicative.

Great location to all that we wanted to do while visiting family. The privacy fence was a plus. The house was clean and comfortable with nice kitchen appliances, although we didn't do any real cooking. Could use some real wine glasses and larger bath towels bath mat. We'd suggest adding a small outdoor table with the Adirondack chairs in the courtyard. The host was responsive to our questions. We arrived in town early and had hoped to check in when the cleaners departed, but we weren't allowed in before 3:45.
