There were a few things that were off-putting. There’s a nail sticking up between the kitchen and the living room that our toes got introduced too.The washing machine on the spin cycle sounds like it’s going to break. I couldn’t shut the dishwasher door without having to wiggle and prop it into place to close it. It’s not properly framed in. And the worst thing of all was communicating with a person that said they kept reaching out to a team to take care of the air conditioner issue that did not ever get resolved. There was two days and nights that was very hot and no air conditioning, even though they repeatedly said they were contacting the team to have the issue resolved there was never resolved it made for a hard days travel the next day when we had a 12 Hour drive with no sleep.Below is the repeated message that did not lead to a solution for the problem:We’re really sorry for the ongoing experience and we completely understand your frustration. This is not the stay we want you to have, especially with your family there.We want to assure you we are actively working on both issues right now. The air conditioning is still being coordinated with our team and we are continuing to work on securing technician support as quickly as possible.We’ve also coordinated the washing machine concern to the team and are currently checking availability for a technician to inspect it.We will keep you posted on any updates on this.
