This beautiful home was clean, comfortable and a quiet location for visit to Colorado Springs. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it again.

Quick getaway to Colorado Springs

The property was beautiful and perfect for four of us to stay. Denise was wonderful. I will definitely stay at the property on future trips to the Springs.

Nice, clean, quiet townhouse!

Nice, clean, townhouse, on a quiet street. Convenient to places to eat and not a bad ride to get to USAFA either. Host communication and check in /check out was excellent!

Air Force Academy parents weekend

Perfect accommodation for my cadet and I during US Air Force Academy parents weekend. Highly recommend this rental. Denise the owner is a first-rate, best-of-the-best, host. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Co.Springs Grandparents

We visited and celebrated the arrival of our first grandchild. Denise worked with us to facilitate our visit and was super flexible with our dates. It is a vibrant area of the Springs with lots to do and see.

Perfect Stay

Out stay of 2 weeks could not have been more perfect and comfortable. The home owner was delightful to work with from beginning to end. Will definitely stay again when in Colorado Springs.

Wonderful home base for vacation experiences

This was a wonderful property to stay out. Very well stocked with all those "odds and ends" you need. Centrally located for Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, airport, etc. Everything within 30 min any direction. Denise was extremely responsive to every question both before arriving and during our stay.

Amazing stay in Colorado Springs

Denise was an amazing host. The condo was super clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. She even left us some delicious snacks that we thoroughly enjoyed! The condo is in a great location with a gorgeous view of Pike's Peak from the front bedroom. I definitely hope to stay here again on my next visit to Colorado Springs!

Excellent stay

My husband and I were looking for a nice home base for a shorter, socially distanced vacation. This property was perfect - had the amenities we needed and was close enough to the parks we wanted to go to. Perfect place!

Very nice property!

The property was exceptionally clean and the perfect size for our family of four. Denise was extremely responsive and even provided a comfy cot to give our son his own bed. The neighborhood is convenient to grocery, coffee, etc for essentials. We would definitely stay again!

Long weekend trip

Denise's townhome was a wonderful place for us to rest and relax in between our sightseeing adventures. It was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location to many things. She was extremely helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations and checked in to make sure there was nothing else we needed. I would stay here again.

Delightful condo

Very nice accommodations for my husband and I to get away and still get work done. Condo is in good shape, in a safe neighborhood located close to retail & restaurants. Bonus that it is right on a walking/biking trail. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. Would recommend.

Lovely home

Lovely townhome with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Hostess was gracious. There’s a full flight of stairs to the bedrooms, so if that’s difficult for you, it would be the only deterrent.
