Muchas Gracias!

We liked that the townhouse was equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat, plenty of space for us, 2 bathrooms, and we enjoyed the seating area outside. It's also so close to stores, restaurants, and tourist sites.

It was a great base to explore Colorado Springs. Our daughter is hoping to attend the Air Force Academy and all of the decor helped motivate her even more. We would definitely stay here again!

My brother and I stayed at this charming home, which was accurately depicted in the photographs. The Academy House is conveniently located to many stores, highways and points of interest. The communication with Ken, the host, was top notch. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house is very cozy. Access to the house is keyless, so you never need to worry about losing the keys to the property. The backyard is super cute. I wish I could have stayed a few more days. If you’re visiting the Colorado Springs area, I would highly recommend this property.

Outstanding location-literally minutes to tons of restaurants and shopping. 15 min to Air Force academy and close to Garden of Gods and Seven Falls attractions. House has everything including AC which you need in summer and is so clean. However the biggest perk is the owner. Truly one of the nicest people we have ever met-goes out of his way to make your stay perfect!! Highly recommend!!

The Academy House was comfortable for our family of four. Close to the grocery store which was great with the full kitchen. Not far from many of the attractions in the area. We were all cozy and comfortable during our week long stay.

Easy parking, great check in, fantastic management communication. During stay blender decided not to operate. Sent message to management team and within very short time received a note asking if they could drop off a replacement in 10 minutes. This was an extended 3 week stay and there was just nothing missing anywhere!!! Very fast WiFi. Location is very good. Recommend for short and extended stays

I rented this VRBO for my daughter to stay at. She had no complaints, said it was wonderful. The host(s) communicated well, even when she locked herself out of the house. Thank you Ken, for checking in on her. I greatly appreciated it!!
