The Good: Incredible views from the double balconies, as well as most rooms! The hot tub was lovely, as well as the gas fire pit! The house was very clean and updated. Bedding was high quality. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, H20 bottles in the fridge, snacks, as well as 6 coffee pods for the Keurig machine (though this wasn't enough for 2 adults staying 3 nights). The Bad: The shower had zero pressure and lacked a light. The walls and floor were paper thin. Wasn't enough electrical outlets to support the TV, Modem and Router in the living room. Luckily, an outlet strip was delivered to the house within hours of reporting the issue. At one point the internet did go out for 4 hours. Other issues included the portable electric fireplace made too much noise to be enjoyable. The gas fireplace couldn't be turned on. And before we arrived, we asked customer service if the house had salt/pepper and a wine opener. We were told Yes to the salt/pepper and No to the wine opener. Hence we only brought bottles of wine with screw tops. But, it turned out that there was no pepper, but they did have a wine opener! One last annoying thing was that they charged a fee for an early check-in. The Ugly: The worst part of our stay was when we had planned to grill expensive steaks. 2 grill knobs were melted, and none of the burners would light. We were told not to light the grill manually. Therefore, we had to cook the steaks on the stovetop without pepper and paired with screw top wine!
