You wont be disappointed. Everything was exactly as it said. 4 bedrooms, hot tub, plenty of room for an extended family. House was stocked with most needed items to cook or clean or do your laundry. The view in the backyard was plus. Very close to everything, food and experiences. Thanks for everything

Excellent stay close to attractions on the West side. Plenty of comfy beds for all and a hot tub and cozy porch for your relaxing time. Our whole family enjoyed our time here and host was super responsive. Definitely on our favorites list while staying in COS!

Pros: 1. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. 2. Very nice big yard for kids and pets to play.3. Nice kitchen with almost everything needed to cook a meal.4. Enough space to park a vehicle in the driveway. 5. The kids liked playing ping-pong in the playroom.6. We were able to program the Air Conditioner to our liking after trial and error. It was really cold when we arrived. 7. We liked the open concept of having the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one big room.8. We enjoyed watching a movie on the living room big screen TV. 9. We had breakfast underneath the covered patio and it saved us and our pet from getting wet during a storm.10. Location, location, location. All the attractions we went to were 10 to 15 minutes away and there is a Walmart five minutes away from the house. Cons:1. We were not able to use the stove and oven at the same time. You can only use them one at a time or they would trip the circuit breaker.2. In order to spend time outside sitting on the table under the covered patio, we had to get rid of some spiderwebs and kill one or two spiders. There were also spiderwebs right above the front entrance of the house. There’s a bush near the outside table that has a lot of spiders.3. In the master bedroom, the top of the tank of the toilet was cracked and was held on by tape.4. The AC air return needs to be dusted and it may need a new filter. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to get together with family

Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy and yet still be together in the same place. So very clean and great backyard for family play time, hot tub soak and the dog to run around safely in. Great location to go and do and yet a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Fun time in Colorado Springs at Christmas

The property is updated and well-maintained. Very quiet neighborhood and The house is located near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, downtown, Garden of the Gods and many other sites. It is also easy access to Hwy 24 and I-25.We felt really comfortable and loved the big backyard for playing football, cornhole and hanging around the firepit. We didn't use the hot tub but hope to come back. Great configuration in the bedrooms so it easily accommodated 6 of us. The house has great open concept and it was fun to cook and serve a meal for our family. I was also surprised but the kitchen was very well-appointed. You rarely find a kitchen that has everything you need but this one was pretty close.

Family Time

Overall the house was comfortable, with large refrigerator and washer and dryer. Driving was easy excess to Walmart,pizza place and other food chains. Big back yard with corn hole and ping pong in the house. If you have a pet you couldn’t leave them alone for several places with the fence needs attention. Grill worked good. We didn’t use the hot tub because management said they were sending someone out to the house to take a look at the hot tub to make sure it was running good. Never saw any maintenance man. We would go back there…good location.

Uneasy stay

The home was pleasant and exactly as listed. We enjoyed our stay besides the few complications. Maintenance did show up twice with out warning coming straight onto the property and scared me both time. We also witnessed a mouse in the kitchen forcing us to throw away our food.

COS stay

Just wanted a place close to UCCS (my son attends) and to be able to hit a few downtown areas and get to the Gorge. Location is in a neighborhood with nothing special but close to walmart and a few restaurants. The house itself is good, but the bathrooms are small with no space to put things and the bedrooms have chairs instead of dressers to place stuff. The outside patio is nice and the hot tub and firetable both work (so bonus there).

Great home away from home in a quiet neighborhood

This property was great for our family staying a week in Colorado Springs. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood; we even got to chat with a couple of the friendly neighbors. It was very clean, and the kitchen had ample nice dishes, glasses, bowls, silverware, and just about anything you'd need to cook any type of meal (I couldn't find a pizza cutter but that was literally it, not a big deal). The property managers were extremely responsive via the VRBO app when I needed to inquire if I could have something we forgot on the east coast to the property address. While we didn't end up using the hot tub, I did take a peek and it was incredibly clean and working fine. The back patio was a delight for sitting outside and enjoying the breeze and a storm or two that passed through. The master bath was quite small but worked out just fine; the tiled shower was spacious. The hall bath was a good size. There were plenty of hampers available to collect clothes and wash in the laundry. All in all, a great place to stay, and we'd stay here again. Thanks for the stay!

Family Vacation

House was clean and had everything we needed for a family of three with 2 dogs (definitely can accommodate a bigger group than us). Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The location of the property was excellent, close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and excellent for walking the dogs, with a small park nearby, along with some trails. The only drawback is there are dogs on each side and behind, so if your dogs like to bark through fences at other dogs be aware. This is normal for a neighborhood though and nothing the hosts of the property can control. Overall, we had an excellent stay!
