Perfect rental for our family of four’s week long stay! House has a wonderful layout and had everything we needed. Lots of attention to detail. I grew up in Colorado Springs and know the area well. This house is a great “landing spot” to explore the natural beauty of Colorado Springs while also having nearby fun activities for kids.

Very nice and clean house. Minor problem of poor Wifi as the password listed, "5starsplease!", was not recognized by the network. The house initially had a mild stale smell but cleared with leaving a few doors open. I would recommend this property to friends or family.

Beautiful home!

This home was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Our daughter got married at a nearby venue, so we just needed a nice roomy place for our family to sleep and hang out for the weekend. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! The living room and dining room were cozy and inviting. The kitchen was so roomy with a nice long countertop - we needed to make a little bit of food, so that was really helpful. We all agreed it made the weekend so much more fun to have a beautiful home away from home!

Peaceful retreat!

Thank you for the welcoming home! It was a peaceful location with quiet neighbors and no traffic noise. Your cleaning crew is amazing. It smelled so good when we walked in and the cleanliness was A+ upon arrival. We appreciated all the extra things that made the stay just perfect: coffee bar with a keurig plus a standard coffee brewer, nice towels, comfy beds with lots of pillows, couch blankets, stocked kitchen, bath amenities, bathtub and rain shower we all loved!! That's just to name a few! So glad we tried your restaurant recommendation for Jarrito Loco. The enchiladas & homemade sauces were fantastic and service was great. Can’t end this review without sharing the attention to detail by Renjoy/Kaitlyn throughout our stay. We were provided with thorough communication at booking, checkin, and upon leaving. Hope to visit your home again if it’s available!

Family vacation

This house was very clean, had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The extra thought put into the snacks, bathroom supplies and kithchen accessories made our stay that much better. The area is very convient to visit lots of sites.

Amazing Colorado Trip

The house was exactly as "promised." The beds were comfortable and most importantly you could control the temperature of the house on your own which is a HUGE feature that isn't often allowed. The bathrooms all had amenities in them (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) which was also a great perk. There were plenty of restaurants close by and downtown was a short 20 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay in a calm, serene neighborhood that isn't right on top of the chaos of Pike's Peak. Pike's Peak and Manitou Springs were a bit longer drive at around 30-40 minutes but again, worth it for the peaceful location.

the home was great as well as the stay. however we left an i pad at the home in accident. let the owner know exactly where it was left but was told it was not there. That was very disappointing as it belonged to my granddaughter. i realize it was our error in leaving it behind but very disappointing that it wasn’t returned.

This is a great house. We are a family of 4 visiting our kids who 2 kids who are cadets at the Academy. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. House is roomy and well-appointed. They’ve stocked it with everything you might need. We will definitely try to rent this house again.

Easy Access

This property is easy to get to but separated from the main roads. We got friendly waves from the locals on our morning walks. We saw two deer meandering through the area one morning. We were well accommodated and enjoyed our stay.

Super clean and well equipped.

We were greeted with a very homey atmosphere and everything we need to get settled in. Kaitlyn is very responsive - less than 5 minutes to answer questions. If you need a comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood this is the place for you.

Nice quiet neighborhood, older home that was remodeled very nicely with modern features. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would seriously think about staying here again the next time we are out there.

Amazing rental home!

Hidden gem in Monument! Property is immaculately maintained and outfitted. The host, Kaitlyn, was very responsive and accommodating. Truly feels like a home away from home. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!
