Great property! The shower head in the master bathroom needs to be descaled. We could not get the outdoor fireplace to light. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Best kept secret

Clean well appointed property in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping/grocery stores, gas and restaurants. Traveling with a handicapped adult child having bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level was perfect. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Front Range View

The house was very well appointed. Had everything you needed. It was welcoming and comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We stayed 4 days and the only complaint would be that the propane tanks for the grill and fire pit should not be the responsibility of the renters. We had some beautiful weather to enjoy the evening on the deck with the beautiful front range views but had to cut it short because all of the propane tanks were empty. It was a great stay and a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again next time we are out in Monument.

Beautiful house close to highway with everything you need

This house is very nice, has everything one would need and is in a good location. We really appreciated the kids games and the fact that the towels are not white! We’ve stayed at previous VRBO’s where we were expected to not have any stains on the towel or we would be charged and I had to wash towels multiple times after soaking with vinegar and detergent. My main complaint is, like a lot of VRBO’s, there’s a long list of things we have to do on checkout which is a HUGE pain with 4 kids and makes the trip feel less like a vacation! Why do they charge cleaning fees if you already did all the cleaning other than laundry, wiping counters and floors??!

Fantastic Stay for USAFA Reunion!

Booked & stayed as part of USAFA reunion weekend. Perfect for our family and friends! Kitchen well-appointed with everything we needed and just right size for gathering. Great floor plan with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs --- perfect for 2 families. Treadmill good when it was rainy one morning, otherwise neighborhood was nice for a run. Game room was a big win for the kids. Can't explain how well the house fit our needs and hope you enjoy too!

Great home

The house is clean and spacious. There were plenty of pots/pans/bowls for cooking multiple meals and a good stock of spices. The back deck has a lovely propane fire table that is just right to take the edge off a slightly cool evening while watching a stunning sunset over the mountains. We had beautiful magpies and deer visiting the retention area behind the house in the morning. We will use it again if it is available when we come to the Springs.

Great Colorado Springs Vacation Home!

The house was very comfortable for our family. It was well equipped. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen has just about everything a cook could need! It was nice that they had toiletries and hair dryers. The kids enjoyed lounging in the basement. The house was conveniently located and a very quick drive to the Air Force Academy. Communication was excellent. We had a great stay!

Nice house

The home was nice, but a couple of things took away from the overall experience. The kitchen sure could have been stocked a little better. The home was surface clean, but could have used a little deeper cleaning. Also, would have loved knowing that some major road work was being completed nearby which made getting to the home more difficult and time consuming.
