We appreciated how the host accommodated the early arrival/late departure times. The house was totally decorated for Christmas, which we didn't expect. Each bed had a holiday bedspread even.

Our Hosts were absolutely fantastic! The house was spacious and if there was 6 stars for cleanliness I would give it. They thought of everything! Amazing neighborhood and a beautiful backyard.

This is a beautifully decorated home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. We were a family of 6 adults & 2 children under 15 & we had plenty of room. Well furnished with all your needs. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

This property exceeded our expectations!! Very clean, well stocked, kitchen had everything you needed. I was able to host my family while in town for a wedding and we were able to spend much needed quality time together!!! Welcoming environment, felt like home!!!

This is a spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated home. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We were provided with everything we needed for a pleasant stay: a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, appliances, and even spices; games and puzzles; towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner; comfortable beds and linens; etc. We enjoyed the pool table. The layout of the home was perfect for being able to spend time together with family and also for finding quiet spots for those in our group who needed to work online remotely during some of our stay. Everything about our stay was lovey! We will definitely stay again when we return to the area, and we will highly recommend this home to our friends. Many thanks to our hospitable hosts!

Perfect Getaway

The house was clean, cozy and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Comfortable beds for all ages. Janea was an amazing host and provided us with attractions and dining recommendations. We loved the neighborhood, great views of the mountains and close by to so many things. We will absolutely stay here again and were sad to leave!

Super clean, excellent and very comfortable home

This was an incredible home—it felt like we were staying at a friend’s family home while they were away—every bedroom had regular bedroom furniture, very comfortable beds and bedding, blackout curtains, ceilings fans and/or portable fans. The bathrooms were stocked with very nice towels, hand towels and wash clothes. In the bathrooms were Shampoo and conditioner pump botttles (the big ones from Sam’s Club) and brand new Dove soap, hand soap and lotion. Large washer and dryer with detergent, stain spray, fabric softener sheets. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need. And they have many spices and cooking basics too, even every size of ziplock baggies! We stayed for a week and could not have picked a better home. Meticulously cleaned, nice and large suburban neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks to walk, and close to so many great things in CS. Super easy communication too!

Worked great for family reunion

There were 10 of us (3 families) plus 2 dogs who stayed over Christmas and the house worked out GREAT for our stay. Everyone found a place to sleep in a comfortable bed and the common areas were spacious, the kitchen well-stocked and there was a lot to do in the house (games, pool table, foosball, etc) and a nearby park in the neighborhood. The fenced backyard was a nice perk for our dogs too. The host was lovely and helpful and had stocked the house with everything we would need for our stay. We highly recommend this house for your stay in Colorado Springs!

Best House in Colorado Springs

This House is super super nice out side and inside House. The Host is there for any questions asap no wait time for answer. The down stairs is the best full size pool table with plenty of room plus a bumper pool table and full size Tv. It would take all day to tell you how nice this property is. The neighbors are super nice to the whole neighborhood leaves out side lights on for a super safe neighborhood. We will most definitely be back here next year!!!!

Excellent and Clean

I cannot say enough about this property and the owner. She did an excellent job of accuracy in her listing, the check in process was so easy. Very good communication. It was so clean!! We stayed for a week with 3 generations of family and a dog and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything and More

Our family of 9 celebrated our Christmas and we had an amazing time. Janea let us arrive early, provided a beautifully decorated tree, and provided a very comfortable home for our family. The kitchen was beyond well equipped. We had lots of choices for entertainment including pool, air hockey, board games, and more. Thank you for providing such an amazing home for our family celebration.

Beautiful Home.

This house was perfect for our stay. I am the Honor Guard Commander for our Fire Department’s Honor Guard and we come to Colorado Springs every September for the IAFF Fallen Firefighters Memorial service. This house was perfect for exactly what we needed it for. Rooms all had plenty of space. Property was impressively clean. The basement was a perfect spot to hang with friends, play pool, or cards and just relax. Janea was in constant communication with me and if I needed anything I knew she was just a phone call away. The house is close enough to the highway that we were 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Absolute homerun. 10/10.

Perfect Wedding Homebase

This large house was perfect for family and grandparents to call homebase for our daughter's wedding weekend at the nearby Venetucci Flower Farm. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for preparing appetizers for the wedding and having a brunch for 11 people the day of. There were all of the utensils and pans that I needed. Three generations and friends played pool and foosball. Everyone had fun! We were very comfortable and appreciated the Host's attention to detail with instructions. Thanks!

This house was the perfect location for everything. We had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate. Janea thought of everything, there is absolutely nothing missing in the home that you Would need. I would highly recommend staying here. We definitely will again on our next Colorado vacation.

Great for larger family especially if you like games

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was close enough to where we wanted to visit and when we were resting there were lots of games and entertainment options at the house. We especially enjoyed the game room downstairs with the pool table and bumper pool table. Kids also discovered air hockey under the foosball. A relaxing and lovely place to stay.
