My wife and I, and 2 other couples we are close with (including a baby) loved our stay. The quaint little Victorian house has a really nice interior, with an A+ kitchen. They had spices and all of the cooking appliances you could need, which made it not only easy, but fun each morning for our group. It's a little tight for 6+ people, but there are sleeping options for everyone, with some of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced at a rental property. The doors don't lock inside the house (deadbolts on front and back door are fine), so while that didn't bother our group, keep that in mind if privacy is a big concern with the people you stay with. Nice little living room that we spent a lot of time in, and a really nice dining room table that was great to have. While it was a little less enjoyable in the winter, the back yard is great with seating and space, and also fenced for a dog. The hot tub is phenomenal, and we really appreciated that. However, the neighbor did not. Be aware that there's a grumpy neighbor, and while we were probably out a little late, just talking outside drew them out to shut us up.
The location is also really great. It's tucked into a nice little neighborhood, and is close to any store you would need to stock-up at. We went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (highly recommend), and it was only about 15 minutes away, and I don't think Garden of the Gods is much further than that.
Overall, we had a great experience, and the hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. I'd recommend for any small group, especially if it is a close group of friends that don't mind some close quarters.
