Good location to everything in Colorado Springs. Very old house with lots of issues. Worst part was the security. It's in a rundown area near downtown accessed through a back alley and no way to lock the door manually. The only lock is a keypad that you can't lock from outside and the bock is broken. The old wood floors are very creaky around the bedrooms. If one person gets up, everyone wakes up. The one bathroom is old and has a bad layout. There are three TVs only one would work. The hot tub was clean, but in the middle of the backyard open to the sketchy back alley. The beds were comfortable. The laundry was nice to have. The kitchen is well stocked with essential dishes and cookware. The photos are deceptive. Most of the outdoor furniture is not what you would want to sit on. We were given the wrong code to get in the door and had to wait to get a generic code. Overall, we would not stay there again.

Don’t book if wanting to use hot tub

The house was ok, as pictured and well stocked. 15-20 minute drive to most things in the Springs. Had a couple of issues; was never sent the code for the door before arriving. When requested it was sent fairly quickly but then didn’t work. Rental company was quick to help reset. The hot tub was GROSS! The water was green, smelled awful and the walls were slimy. Notified the host upon check in and requested it be cleaned, but they refused. It’s the first picture of the listing and a big reason we choice this rental, what a disappointment!

We loved it great neighborhood very quiet,and an excellent host ,we accidentally broke a plate but the host was awesome with a fast response on what our options were to fix the problem.we would recommend anyone staying.

Great place to stay!

We LOVED our stay at this property. It was an excellent choice for my husband and our kids ranging in age from 3-8 years old. The house was well stocked with bath towels, towels for the hot tub, laundry detergent, dish soap, and even coffee for your first morning there. Communication was easy and their response time was fast! The place was impecably clean. We would stay here again. Just know that you can tell it's not hosted by an individual. It's missing a few of those welcoming touches, but it's by and large a great choice!

Good location and mordern touches

The house is in a great location and is a decent size. The hot tub is nice and the yard is good if you have dogs. It is NOT fenced so you'll need to keep an eye on your pets. Some aspects of the house are a little noisy, like the floors, thin walls and door latches. The beds are very comfortable. . The AC is nice and cold.

Not worth the money.

Home was not ready by check-in time, washer leaked, water heater pipe continually ticks loud, mop head was against the water heater flame. Kitchen not properly stocked. No instructions about parking in an alley behind the home. The management company was good to work with. Repairman was quite and respectful. Overall, I believe the home is overpriced.

House is Average, Backyard Was Terrible

Don’t understand why this property is so highly rated, it is overall average. Best part is the location. It is nearby most common stops in the Springs. The backyard was terrible. Looks awesome online, when you show up though, it looks like they havent cut the lawn or taken care of weeds for months. The outdoor furniture is aging and the path to the house (which you have to take to get from your car to the house) is thrown together without real work put into it. Saw the backyard addressed in a review from last June, the owners didnt respond to that review, but responded to the reviews before and after. Small complaints: the house is small for a three bedroom, the roku tvs dont connect to the internet (which makes them useless since they arent cable), the front door code lock needs to be replaced, sometimes doesnt work so you have to use the other door and manually lock it from inside.

Perfect Getaway

Great location, accessible to all local hiking spots and downtown Colorado Springs! Using the hot tub after a long day of hiking is a plus. Overall quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

Great property to book!

We enjoyed our stay so very much at this property. The hot tub was wonderful and so relaxing. There were many different seating areas in the backyard which was nice to avoid the direct sun or sit right in the sun if wanted. It was close to activities that we wanted to do and we were happy with that aspect as well. The grounds are a little overgrown and not unkept as well could be as there are numerous rose bushes that have been overtaken by random trees/shrubs. But it was an overall awesome experience!

Could Use a little touch up

Was a little difficult to get to the door because the bushes needed to be trimmed, bathroom was dirty there was hair on the shower wall that was not from our family, hot tub had dirt at the bottom it. Would be nice it they could've provided extra blankets. One good thing that we enjoyed was the hot tub.

property needs some up keep

Very surprised at the outside property. Over grown yard and disheveled. Walkway from parking space to house unsafe. No handrail up the steps into house and no rail preventing a fall off the stoop. Shower head was loose and kept popping off. You need to replace hose. House was clean and neat but additional blankets should be provided.

The home was perfect for our small family that we had. It had all the amenities needed plus more. The hosts clearly take care of their property very well and in turn take care of their guests. It was a beautiful home in such an amazing place, we will definitely be coming back.
