Relax to the breeze off the Potomac in this spacious, waterfront beach house. Located centrally about a 10 minute walk between two of the best beaches in town and 15 minute walk to town and the Tiki bar!

Waterviews from the living room, media & game room, and an upstairs bedroom with bistro table set. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset views!

Unwind in the clawfoot tub or with a spa showerhead. Upstairs also includes two bedrooms and bathrooms with some Victorian-era charm.

Enjoy the deck with a propane grill, hammock, table & chairs and 180 views of the water.

The space
Enjoy all the modern amenities in an original Victorian beach house! There is a well-stocked kitchen with coffee bar that leads to a dining room with seating for 8.

Relax in the waterview living room with a bartop. An additional waterview media room includes a card table, two recliners, pull-out couch, lots of games, DVDs, and books.

The deck has 180 degree views of the Potomac river and has a table, BBQ, hammock stand and seats all shaded by a 150-year old oak.

Downstairs has a master bedroom with a plush king bed, large bathroom & shower.

Upstairs has the original Victorian feel with two bedrooms and baths including a clawfoot tub! The front bedroom includes a bistro table to enjoy breath-taking sunrise views.

Guest access
Guests have access to the home, hot tub, activities storage shed, and deck.

Other things to note
Do note that our home is over 100 years old! A lot of that original charm is gorgeous crown molding, but also beware of the low ceiling height coming down the stairs, some uneven original wood floors upstairs and every so often a new cosmetic crack from the home settling appears.

We have exterior cameras monitoring all exterior entrances (front, side and back of the home).

Being on the river means enjoying nature - bald eagles, osprey, herons and dolphins (if you are lucky!) but also bugs, flies, & mosquitos are common. Try to keep exterior storm doors closed to keep nature out of the home.

We also try to be as green as possible with our laundry. Towels are provided for each person. Let us know in advance if your guest numbers change or you would like additional ones for your stay.

We'll do our best to make sure as many amenities are available as possible, but due to shortages and shipping delays there may be some difficulty replacing items if and when they break. In particular, hot tub parts can be difficult to obtain quickly.
