Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. One of our best accomodation in Costa Rica so far. Very clean, confortable and quiet. The only con is that the road that bring you here is is not asphalted and take quite a long time.
