This is a beautiful home, however the host is very poor at communication, doesn’t answer phone calls or messages, and multiple things are not functioning. The door does not lock from the outside, rooms are hot even when the air is turned low, no internet or wi fi passwords when asked multiple times, ...

Very enjoyable and confortable stay for 2 nights over Thanksgiving. All our needs were met. House owner very helpful and welcoming. Giving this house 5 stars and will book again thinking summertime will make it even more attractive (porch deck and beach across the street!)
