Mejor de lo que pensaba. Muy bien
La habitación y el baño enormes, no me lo esperaba tan grande y espacioso, mucha entrada de luz por las varias ventanas que tenía. Ubicación excelente, bares justo al lado, la catedral y la estación de tren a 4 mnts andando. El check-in en la máquina es sencillo y rápido. Muy bien.

un finde de amigos
Esta muy muy bien situado eso es innegable, mucho ruido por la tarde porque hay iglesias y bandas de musicos pero es el encanto del lugar. Esta bien aislado. Lo malo la cama muy peque para 2 La sopresa: habia unos altavoces Bluetooth muy buenos para poner musica y la tv tb ultima generacion. Lo bueno: la limpieza y que usan productos ecologicos El cheking facil de hacer, el hotel no tiene personal es todo por maquina pero es facil. Repetiria? Si... en un precio promocional

Sehr zentral gelegen und solide Zimmerausstattung, aber viel Lärm in der Umgebung und im Hotel bei schlecht gedämmten Fenstern und Türen. Im Hotel selbst läuft sehr laut Musik (vom Hotel selbst), die ich, wenn ich abends etwas Ruhe finden wollte, als sehr störend empfunden habe. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

The hotel is lovely - was able to get an apartment which had a small kitchen area as well as the bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice. The rooms were really nicely decorated, and the bed very comfortable. It's also very central, with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. The only issue was checking in. There's no reception, instead you need to use a code to get in (or check in via an app). The details for this weren't shared by hotels.com. Instead I had to phone the hotel while stood at the front door to get the necessary codes. Apparently hotels.com are known for doing this. So something to be aware of if you book this otherwise lovely hotel.

The room was very cozy and the location is amazing. The self check-in was convenient. The only downside was that the nights get cold and the heat doesn't get very warm but tolerable. Everything else was excellent, I would recommend this place to others.

This property is in the middle of everything.. great location very convenient for people without a car... However, it seems to me that this was a party zone. Music and people going on all night long. You're not a party people so it was a challenge for us at night trying to go to sleep wait so much noise. Read the check in instructions well before you get to the property. They don't have stuff there to help you checking in.

Konum olarak mükemmel, şehrin merkezinde olduğu için çok rahat ettik. Bina temiz, odalar temiz. Ancak odalar görsellerdeki gibi mutfağa veya plak gibi dekorasyonlara ve klimaya sahip değil. Yatakları konforlu, yazın seyahat edecekler için klima olmaması sorun olabilir.

One pillow on the bed. One towel - luckily I packed one. No air conditioning. Close to bars — some nights were too close when they stayed open all night and it was too loud. Check-in is a nightmare since they never sent me the instructions. I also helped another lady who was stuck in lobby for 20 minutes trying to contact staff member to get access to her room

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the Alter Markt square (a big square with lots of restaurants and pubs) and a few hundred metres away from the Dom. However, the beds are horrific, they are very hard and not a very good sleep. Also there is no airco, which was not pleasant because the two days we stayed it was 29 degrees celcius outside but inside even warmer. So overall: location great. Room not so great.

The check-in process is a hassle without a front desk. They do eventually get you in if you call the phone number on the machine that spits out the keys. Also, if there is an issue, it is a pain to get it remedied.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in 30 years. The unstaffed check in was nearly impossible, when you could finally get hold of them staff not helpful at all. The building is extremely noisy making it nearly impossible to sleep. I want a refund!!!!

A fully Digital Experience
Every interaction is digital - I had no human interaction during my stay. This isn't really an issue as the check-in and door-key app worked well except on first arrival, when it wasn't clear that Bluetooth needs to be activated for the app. Also... never leave your phone behind in the room! The only negative was the load music from the adjoining bar - I think my room shared a wall which is clearly not very thick! Other than that, it was what I needed for my stay and well located in the town. I would stay again.

Vlotte check-in via een tablet ter plaatse of de link die ze doorsturen via mail. Perfecte ligging op de hoek van de Altstad, maar toch rustig en relatief stil in de kamer. Lift in gebouw is wel aan de kleine kant. Kamer op bovenste verdieping had een terras met uitzicht op de Altstad, heel gezellig om 's avonds even te bekomen van den drukke reisdag. Geen frigo of glazen op de kamer, wel een heel nette badkamer met douche en voldoende stopcontacten

The hotel is a good location if you want to enjoy the local beer halls and bars. However, there is no air conditioning and it is also really difficult to block out any sound from bars and restaurants. Overall, I liked the location but did not enjoy the hotel since it was incredibly hot (no air conditioning) and when I opened the window in the evening, it did little to cool down the room and the noise from the bars just outside. Also, since there is no front desk service, it is more difficult to talk to someone about getting help with your room.
