Wow! What a gem! This place is gorgeous! We were there with a family of eight during the Christmas markets, and the windows face out over one of the Christmas markets, with the lights in the trees twinkling right into the apartment. It is more than convenient with many shops and restaurants within feet of the apartment. Completely secure access and IT HAS A WORKING ELEVATOR! So handy with the bags and I had a bad knee the elevator was a lifesaver! The apartment has its only completely secure parking space for your rental car as well. There is a fee but totally worth it! This apartment was a little more expensive, but it was worth every Euro and then some! Thank you so much. The best place we stayed in during our 2-week visit to the different Christmas markets!

Very nice accommodation in excellent location

We arrived on a Sunday and discovered some surface lots nearby were free on Sunday until 9 am Monday morning so we parked very close. A local told us Saint Josse parking lot was closed on Sunday but would be the best price for the remainder our stay at 3 Euro per 24 hours. We moved our car to Josse on Monday. We walked old town Colmar several times- early on a sunny morning Petite Benice can be stunning. We drove to Equishem and then rented bikes at Ingersheim to ride the route de vin. What a great ride. How beautiful. Riquewihr was a hidden gem. On another day we rented bikes in Colmar and rode the Colmar Canal. We had lunch at a boulangerie in Marckolsheim

Perfect location during Christmas Market

Family of 5 stayed for 6 nights over Christmas. The location was perfect could walk to everything. Across from one of the Christmas markets. When we arrived they had a beautiful Christmas tree and a welcome bottle of local wine and water. We reserved parking with them as well and that was perfect about 2 minutes to get to the apartment. Very comfortable and clean . While we were out on Christmas Eve day they dropped off a Christmas card and bottle of sparking wine very nice special touches Only minor complaint there was not knives to cook with only silverware knives so I had to buy one and the dishwasher did not clean very well wound up haveing to wash dishes and several of dishes and glasses had black specks on them same as after we ran dishwasher . Filter in dishwasher might need cleaning. Also a full length mirror in at least one of the bedrooms would be nice. Definitely recommend this property.

Appartement très confortable et bien placé

Bel emplacement, chambres confortables, cuisine équipée manque un peu de linge. Lit a faire soit même dans canapé lit pour les enfants. La tête dans les illuminations du marché de noël. Bonne journée et soirée en famille à Colmar.

Great apartment in great part of town

The apartment was furnished beautifully and so close to the cathedral and old town! It was also huge with plenty of space for our group of 6. There were a few things that would have made it just that little bit better - there was no hand soap in the downstairs toilet, the upstairs bathroom door didn't shut and lock properly and only two dishwashing tablets for a three night stay. Other than this it was great!!

Great location and spaceious appartment

In the middle of the city near the catherdral, everything in walking distance. beautiful location, nice view from the appartment, what you want more ;) The appartement itself was really lovely, a lot of space, all rooms similar size. Amazing living room with huge tv. Decoration cosy (some plastic stuff decoration doesnt fit so great, but its all right). Kitchens got all the basics, big fridge too. Only thing we didnt like was that the cleaning team didnt check in the plastic fruit decoration bowl (there was from the previous guest some old rotten real fruit).. also a lamp didnt work. Otherwise everything fine. I would have liked if the parking organisation would be done from the agency, (not from the guests to make their parking reservation / payment seperate..). But it was doable. We had a great time, would come again!

Our only suggestions would be having to do with the upstairs bathroom and how to use the appliances. Our stay would have been way more enjoyable if there had been a toilet paper holder and if there had been a shower rod on the wall of the tub so we could have taken a shower. Those would make such a huge difference for such little money!! We also wasted a lot of time on u tube trying to find out how to use the washing machine, the stove, and the microwave. We never did figure out the parking situation. We thank the owners for the wine and water for our arrival.

moderne Unterkunft, viel Platz

Das großzügig gestaltete Appartement bietet viel Platz; wir waren zu acht, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Kleinigkeiten, die aufgefallen sind, waren: Die 10 Betten beinhalten 2 Doppel-Auszieh-Couches, und sind für mich zumindest keine "echten" Betten; in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft war immer von 10 Betten die Rede, was ich ein bisschen ungenau finde. Es war für uns aber kein Problem, da die Kinder sich eine Couch geteilt haben, und wir die 2. Couch nicht benötigt haben. Es sind natürlich auch keine 4 Bäder/ WC vorhanden, sondern 2 Bäder mit je 1 WC: vermutlich war die Eingabe in der deutschen Website etwas uneindeutig; aber auch das ist so völlig in Ordnung gewesen, Hauptsache 2 WC für mehr als 5 Personen! Das Geschirr war nicht wirklich sauber; wir mussten alles noch einmal spülen, vor der ersten Benutzung (die fehlenden kleinen Löffel - es waren weniger als 10 vorhanden - wurden auf Anfrage in der Agentur sofort ergänzt). Parken ist nicht günstig/ einfach: es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt am Eck, hier muss man aber 2stündlich nachzahlen; einen längeren Parkzeitraum (4 Stunden) bekommt man am nächstgelegenen Parkplatz in 5 Minuten Fußlauf-Entfernung, auch mit Nachzahlen am Automat. Achtung: Colmar ist mit vielen Einbahnstrassen gesegnet!! Ein Navi hilft sehr. Das es eine Tiefgarage im Gebäude hat, haben wir erst vor Ort gesehen; für diese müsste man wohl reservieren. Wir sind durch den Aufenthalt über Wochenende und Feiertag aber mit den öffentlichen Parkplätzen zurecht gekommen (von Samstag 19 Uhr bis Montag 9 Uhr ist parken frei). Ansonsten hat uns sehr gut gefallen: - der riesige Wohn- Ess- Bereich, mit den 2 großen Couches, und Sesseln - der große Esstisch, der sich bei einer Belegung mit 10 Leuten auch teilen ließe - die gut ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeemaschine, und Nespresso-Maschine, z. B.), mit Spülertabs und Nespressotabs für den Anfang - die sehr guten Betten, feste Matratzen, gute Decken (Achtung, auf den nicht trennbaren Doppelbetten ist je nur eine gemeinsame Decke, dies ließ sich auch auf Anfrage nicht ändern) - der Aufzug in den 3. Stock - die sehr freundliche Betreuung vorher übers Internet, und vor Ort durch die Agentur (ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß) - die tolle Lage der Wohnung direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone Jederzeit wieder!! Tipp: Einkauf nicht im Mini-Supermarkt Petit Casino (21a Grand Rue), recht teuer, lieber im Monoprix (66 Rue des Clefs)
