  • This downtown condo at 146 Hurontario is the perfect home base for a weekend getaway or business trip, offering cozy accommodations for up to four guests with a view overlooking the heart of Collingwood. Enjoy the best of four-season living, with Georgian Bay just a five-minute stroll away and Blue Mountain Village only a 15-minute drive. Situated in Collingwood’s vibrant downtown, you’ll have top-notch shopping and dining right at your doorstep.

    Step inside to an open-concept kitchen and living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The living space features a plush sofa facing a Roku smart TV, with views of historic Collingwood.

    The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a night in, complete with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and a Keurig coffee maker—just bring your groceries, coffee pods, and favorite seasonings! We’ve also stocked essentials such as garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, and towels for your convenience.

    There are 2 bedrooms in this home, both complete with a queen sized bed and clothing rack. One full bathroom with a double vanity and shower separates these rooms.

    Just a five-minute walk away, you’ll find trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes like Black Bellows, Prime Seven Nine, Fig & Feta, Low Down, and Gibson & Co. The Gayety Theatre, known for its live performances, is also nearby, and the Collingwood Hockey Arena is just around the corner. For groceries, Loblaws and Giant Tiger are conveniently located within a short five-minute walk.

    Parking:
    This unit has one free parking space in the small lot behind the building. Please note that the lot is small and larger vehicles may not fit. A photo is available in the listing.

    For additional parking, paid parking is enforced Monday - Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm (Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays are free).

    Winter Overnight Parking Restrictions
    Parking on Town roadways is prohibited between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 1 to March 31 (previously December 1 to March 31). This change supports earlier winter snow clearing operations and helps maintain safe road conditions during early-season storms.

    Hurontario St parking (downtown): $1.50 per hour, 3 hour maximum
    Municipal Lot and Side Street parking: $1.00 per hour, prohibited between 1:00am and 7:00am
    1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

    2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

    3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

    4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

    5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

    6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

    7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

    8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

    9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

    10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

    11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

    12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

    13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

    14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

    15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

    16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

We had a great 3 night stay at the apartment in a perfect location for us - in the midst of everything. The apartment was as described. Very clean and well organized. Communication with the host excellent.Quiet bedrooms.Parking spot for a midsize car included is an extra benefit.We’ll be back…

The dedicated parking spot was easy to find, although I did block someone in that was parked in a no parking zone. Inconvenient, but no fault of the property owner (maybe getting them towed would deter that). Otherwise I did opt out of downloading another app on my phone for the virtual key and used the physical key that was available to get into the building.The place was clean, well stocked, and good location to walk around to the stores downtown. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with.The only thing that irked me a little was being asked to throw out garbage and recycling…the cleaning fee is rather pricy to begin with.

Very noisy as it faces a main downtown street,especially when the windows are opened. Only one key for main entrance and for appartment for the whole group . Electronic key worked one day and need to reactivate again next day. Someone else parked at our single and narrow parking place and we had to find whose car it belongs to before they help us,even when the agent is on site. Parking is in the rear of building and we have to walk all around the building to get to the main entrance as there is no entrance from the parking area ,also where the stinky garbages are kept for all units.
