Serafini Home 34 welcomes guests among the rolling hills of the Marche region, in a natural setting where olive trees, silence, and open landscapes accompany every moment of the stay. The panoramic swimming pool and valley-view terrace offer the perfect setting for days of relaxation, sport, and nature in complete harmony.



THE SPACE

Serafini Home 34 is an elegant and functional house, ideal for up to 4 guests, with the possibility of adding a baby cot for children aged 0–2 years.



The entrance opens onto a bright lounge area overlooking the hills and the pool, connected to a fully equipped kitchen designed to ensure comfort and independence throughout the stay. A lower-level living space with a sofa bed offers an additional versatile area, perfect for relaxation or leisure moments.



The kitchen is modern and well organized, equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine. The living area is cozy, with a sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing evenings with family or friends.



The house features two spacious and bright double bedrooms, furnished in soft neutral tones with comfortable textiles that promote rest.



Outdoors, the private garden and terrace are equipped for dining and relaxing outside. The panoramic swimming pool and tennis court complete the experience, offering both leisure and activity in an exclusive setting.



The two bathrooms are modern and functional, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, bidet, and complimentary toiletries.

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available for assistance and local recommendations. Guests can enjoy authentic experiences such as fresh pasta classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.



Pets are welcome; guests are kindly asked to provide everything needed for their stay and a dedicated supplement applies.



Smoking is not allowed inside the property.



Air conditioning is available on request with an additional fee.
