  • Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom College Station retreat. This marvelous house boasts 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 double bed, perfect for a group getaway. In addition, we have a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a double-over-queen bunk bed. It will easily sleep 14. Enjoy the wonderful living room with 2 bunk beds for extra sleeping space. With amenities like an iron, AC, and a washing machine, your stay will be nothing short of enjoyable. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. On a cul-de-sac with parking for 10+ cars.

Check in was quick. Need more signs & directions. Kitchen need stocking with better large pots & pans, no large skillets. 2 different entrances—- no large signs.

House was very nice and cozy; only thing we did not enjoy was a very bad smell that hit you in the face upon entry to the door from the driveway…definite signs of animals living there, pool table was full of hair. Chairs at the dining table are in pretty bad shape, 1 shouldn’t even be in the house, the whole seat was pushed through it.Fridge was full of food/drinks… first VRBO I’ve been to the looked like people actually lived in the house so that was kinda weird… We did enjoy our stay though.We did not empty the fridge because 90% of what was in it was not ours to begin with.. beds were all comfy,

This property was great to use for a game day weekend while attending the game. It was easy to access and provided a good home base during Aggie games. We went with three families: 6 adults and five kids total. The bunk room was great for the kiddos and having two king beds was good for the adults. There was central AC however every room had an individual unit. The living room unit did not work so it got pretty hot in there during the day. Some of the furniture needs updating, very apparent that the owners have a dog. The beds were good except the queen bed, it kept falling off the frame (like it didn’t fit properly). Overall, it was good for the game weekend because we just needed a place to sleep after the game and hang beforehand. It would be nice to have better check-in and check out instructions plus the WiFi information displayed at the house but the owner communicated everything quickly when asked.
