By far this property has been the best that we’ve stayed at in College Station. Quiet neighborhood, great location, and less than a10 minute drive to campus. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, and the property is super clean. This house was perfect for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

Stay was awesome I would recommend walking the outside we killed three wasp nest. And the gutters need cleaning and there was a couple of spiderwebs in corners with spiders.

Perfect for gameday

Maggie was an excellent host. Property was clean, plenty of space, and close enough to walk to campus (about 40 minutes through a neighborhood). Check in very easy, great communication, really could not have been a better trip or place. Really appreciated the TiVo TV service too!

HS Senior College Tour Trip to see A&M

Howdy! Wanna see if your an Aggie? Make sure you stay at the Howdy House. Great home. Close to Everything. Decorated in maroon and white. Loved the experience and thankful for the trip to see the campus for the 1st time. Our HS senior loved it too!!!

Very nice Aggie house

Lisa is a great Aggie host! Very friendly with quick responses to questions. Instructions were clear and helpful. The house is large and very clean with great Aggie pictures. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Close to campus. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is very well stocked. Everything you need is there. The Wi-Fi connection is very good! The washer and dryer seem almost new. Plenty of parking. I can’t think of even one suggestion for something that could be done to improve this residence.

nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The home was very clean and welcoming to visitors. It was a quiet street away from busy traffic, but it was close to the Texas A&M campus and everything and every place we needed to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Just ok

Management company never replies to messages and no phone number to contact them. When we didn’t receive check in instructions timely, I had to call vrbo to get help. The property is ok. Very old and run down. Imagine your grandmas house - that’s what it feels like and smells like. Needs upkeep. We will look for a different property for future visits.

Master bath floor needs repair and needed to be swept better.

Overall the property was fine however there were Mosquitoes in the house and the yard needed to be mowed. There was a McDonald’s cup with water/ice and a straw in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Extended family and small children

We stayed at the property with my parents, my brother, his wife and daughter (11 months), and my husband and son (18 months). It was perfect!! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, large rooms that were big enough for pack and plays! We’ll definitely try to stay here again!! Thanks and gig em!
