Welcome to a relaxing Aggieland home away from home with coastal vibes - Maroon Beach! This tranquil 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an open concept flow with archways separating the rooms. The backyard has outdoor seating and lighting to allow for morning or evening enjoyment. The living room has a 55-inch tv with access to standard streaming apps.

Near Wellborn Road and Longmire. Only a 4.3 mile drive from Kyle Field and close to many restaurants and grocery stores!

The space
THE LIVING AREAS:

This home is fully furnished and stocked with basic necessities.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite with dual sinks and a walk in shower with dual shower heads.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed (twin to king trundle bed- Please note trundle conversion king bed has a 450 pound weight limit.) The second full bath has a shower/tub combination.

The living room has a large couch and two chairs. There is a coffee table and two tv trays available for use. The 55-inch tv has access to standard streaming apps (you will need to use your own log in and log out prior to check out).

The kitchen has a standard coffee pot and is stocked with basic items (pots, pans, utensils, basic ingredients/spices, etc).

SAFETY INFORMATION:

Fire extinguisher can be found in the cabinet to the right under the sink.

First Aid Kit is in secondary bathroom under the sink.

** Although pets are not allowed at this time- a cat and dog have been on property - please be aware of this if you have significant allergies to these animals.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Parking: Free 2 car driveway and street parking is available; please do not block other driveways or mailboxes.

Trash and Recycle bins are locked in the back yard to the right of the patio.

**Garage and some closets will be locked; please respect our privacy.

All other areas of the home are available for use.

When leaving the home for outings please lock the doors. Lock the front door by pressing any button for 5 seconds. The lock will make a few noises indicating the deadbolt is activated.

CHECK OUT:

Please place all used towels in shower/bath tub.

Please strip linens and place them in center of the beds. (Do not remove mattress cover - I remove these myself and sanitize them.)

Please take trash/recycling to bins to the right of the patio in the backyard. (Extra trash bags under kitchen sink.)

Please no jumping on beds.

Upon exiting the home please ensure all doors are locked.
