Acerca de esta propiedad

5 Bedroom Home 6 Minutes to Kyle Field—Perfect Game Day House or Ring Dunk

  • This 5 bedroom house is perfect for hosting family and friend events in College Station. Whether you are in town for the weekend or an extended stay, please make yourself feel at home here at my house. I graduated from A&M in May of 2025 and commissioned as a 2ndLt in the Marine Corps. Hopefully one day I will be able to move back to Bryan-College Station and expand my short term rental business here! Thanks and gig 'em! -Chase

Definitely feel the home could have been cleaner , we did have to rewash any and all kitchen ware due to dirtiness, especially the back porch do understand the rain before our stay prob didn’t help. Over all the space was great for 3 families we fit perfect, utilized what we could - coffee bar would have been nice if stocked - empty boxes were a bummer :) also the twins beds in living space are legit and very comfortable!! Thanks again!

The inside of the house was clean clean the outside of the house had a lot of trash around it in the form of cigarette butts. We don’t smoke but it was perfect for what we needed and would most definitely book again.

It is only a 4 bedroom when it is listed as 5. The 5th room is the living room (old garage) with cots vs an actual bed. When arriving it was not cleaned nor ready for check in. We had to check in later to wait for them to come and clean.
