"Casa muy grande, con 6 habitaciones dobles de las cuales 4 tenian baño. Cocina bastante bien equipada. Mesa muy grande, para 14 personas en cocina/comedor y otra en la terraza. Jardin con piscina però la encontramos sin agua y no nos dijeron nada. En general super casa, però le falta mantenimiento. Con la propietaria súper bien y siempre pendiente de ayudar."

"Im August 2024 haben wir für 2 Wochen in der Casa Lautone unsere Ferien verbracht. Unser großzügiges Appartement war im 3. Stock, welches über einige Treppen (insgesamt 56 Stufen) zu erreichen ist. Außerdem im Erdgeschoss ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine weitere Küche. Draußen gibt es zwei Bereiche mit Tischen und Stühlen. Dazu einen großen Aufstell-Pool. Im 1. "Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. "Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus von Michela. Die Lage und Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich dafür wird man aber mit einem wunderschönen Haus in toller Lage belohnt. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Rom genutzt. Das Haus war der perfekte Ausgleich nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Bei Fragen war Michela immer für uns erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit."

"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks.
