"Exactly as advertised. It’s a cottage. Shower is small but reasonable. A bit of an odd layout but serviceable for a couple. If I had a single surprise it was that there wasn’t a door to the bedroom. Not a big deal unless one of you has insomnia and is wandering half the night. We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. There was a ln area power outage in the area and our hosts were right there letting us know there was an issue and making sure we were ok"

"This whole property was wonderful! The house was spotless, comfortable, well-maintained, and had all we needed. There was plenty of room for two of us, and also to have our granddaughters spend the night. There was a lovely patio with a fire pit, wood, fire starters and marshmallow sticks provided. The host was friendly and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. "What a wonderful peaceful stay we had at this lovely cabin in the woods. It had every thing we needed, and more. Very clean and well taken care of. Very private and secluded.
