"The home is beautifully equipped, very comfortable, clean and a great layout. Our only issue was the seaweed, it seemed to be only on this beach. The beach was cleaned every morning and I know they did all they could, so not the fault of anyone, just that we couldn't really go in the water here. "What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. It wasn't super-wide which would make for a long walk, it was completely uncrowded - most days we were the only ones there, and the water was gorgeous. "Everything about this location is great. Communication with Donna Marie prior to arriving was super informative and helpful. The welcome guide you receive has a lot of useful information that we used to plan our trip. Upon arrival we were met at the rental car counter by Roger who escorted us to the house. "All in all a very nice place on the island. View from condo was magnificent with nice beach area lots to do in the area including casinos, restaurants and beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. I suggest seeing different beaches. One of our favorites being Fryers Bay Beach just a short distance away. Private pool on the patio was a great added touch for a late night/early morning swim. Would definitely stay at Sonrise 7 again"

"We had a wonderful time in SXM. Philippe made our stay easy and he always kept in close contact if we had any questions. The condo is just as it’s listed and truly has everything you could need. "The villa is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do it no justice. The view is amazing. Danielle (who was our point of contact) and her husband were so jovial and welcoming. They were readily available and responded immediately if/when we had any questions or concerns. Danielle was so kind to recommend local drivers for us to get around the island as well as activities and ideas for things to do. Thank you for an awesome time. I definitely recommend!!"

"First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). The property manager (Maryse) met us on arrival to provide keys, briefing etc. she was always available to answer any questions :) I would recommend this villa"

"This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again."
