Apart-hoteles en Cold Lake

"El hotel no respeto el horario del desayuno incluido, aludiendo que hoy no es un hollyday oficial. "

"The hotel is starting to show its age. The furniture in our room (couch) was filthy and covered with stains. I doubt it has ever been cleaned. The tiles on the floor in the bathroom were cracked and looked unkempt. The draperies were not hanging on their hooks and were difficult to open. The carpeting has begun to fray. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. A variety of hot and cold breakfast foods."

"Staff was very nice and pleasant, however the bathroom window was left open upon my arrival and I didn't notice until the second night of my stay. This definitely contributed to the temperature of the room and it didn't help that I was sick with a cold as well. This may have also provided a security risk because my room was on the ground level. As a single female traveler, this freaked me out and I couldn't sleep during the second night of my stay."

"The hotel was good but very confusing to rent a room, as it didn't have a front desk, as the people who owned it also had another hotel so we had to drive next door to that hotel to register and get the keys, then had to go back there the next day to drop the keys off. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helped us out with the confusion."
