"This property is exactly as advertised and one of the cleanest properties we've stayed in, and we travel a lot. The property is close to a marina and downtown Grove and many eating establishments, with one just a short walk out the door. The host was very effective, with communications and offerings if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property, and if the need arises, we will plan to stay there again. These properties are ideal for men visiting Grand Lake for fishing...

"We loved this place. I took my daughter and 2 grandsons for a last outing before school and it didn't disappoint. The home was so clean and roomy. Nestled under several oak and black walnut trees (the 22-month old boy thought the walnuts were balls) makes it nice to sit outside without the sun bearing down on you. Easy entry and exit out of the property with a jet ski being pulled. A boat would work just fine. Sara is very prompt with communication, even when you get a little lost getting there...
