The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. "Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. "This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. "They so s a nice house with a smart layout. Very clean considering it is pet friendly. Sure some things could use a little updating but overall is in great shape and an awesome location just off the beach. Beach chairs and toys included made packing easier, the kitchen had tons of pots and dishes, way more than we have at home. Highly recommend if you're ok with a comfy home rather a modern brand new option."

"Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them...
