"Carlos is fantastic. Loved the apartment and location"

"Amazing property and rooms, very helpful staff, clean rooms"

"The rating is 3.5/5. The location is decent with transportation. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Communication is thru app messaging, so we were able to get to it. Room is clean. AC is strong. Shower is hot. One flight of stairs to haul up the luggage, so it was a little inconvenience. It sleeps 4, but the sofa bed opens up, can’t walk from one side the room to the other side for toilet or kitchen. Had to claw over the sofa bed to the outside waking up people sleeping on the sofa bed. The shower...

"Great location 1.5 blocks west of Rue Cler, 15 min to Eiffel Tower. Nice modern interior decorating and furnishings (from IKEA?). Windows look out onto courtyards. But maintenance issues continue. Floorboards squeak terribly and protrude by bathroom. I got picky because of the high 1,000 damage deposit and I didn’t want to be blamed for these issues and sent them photos after difficulty finding out where to attach photos. We tolerated the 100 degree heat wave in late June with 3 working fans...

"Very nice studio in a beautiful building and in a quiet neighborhood. With easy access to subway, groceries and restaurant. The view of the Eiffel tower from the studio window is really incredible. We had a very good stay there."

"Location! Close to main attraction.Shops nearby.Walking distance to the Louvre, Tower, Arc …. Very nice stay if you don’t mind climbing the stairs!"
