"Great house overall, really can't think of any complaints regarding layout, amenities, comfort, anything. Which is always what you hope for as "best case" when you book for a location. And what a location it is! We spent hours in the lake floating, snorkelling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The bonfire pit overlooks the lake where we could hear loons calling, so cool! "We enjoyed a great time with our family at the cottage. We had so much fun around the fire pit with the beautiful river view. So peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed playing games and grilling and sitting on the deck. Everything was comfortable and accommodating. Communication was perfect. Our stay was short but everyone had a great time."

"Perfect cabin getaway on a quiet, clean lake! The cabin was very clean, host was excellent with communication, everything was as advertised. We loved the boathouse and went kayaking, played ping pong upstairs, and had a fire in the evening. Would highly recommend. Definitely will be a place we will stay at again! "

"We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! "

"The tent cabin is really cute and was comfortable for a family of four. We used the sauna and also rented the boat for a couple of days. It is on the steep driveway, which isn’t a problem for us since our car is four-wheel-drive, but you will want to avoid driving to the bottom if you have a 2 Wheel Dr. car. Be aware that the lakefront is not swimmable because of high vegetation, but the lake itself is beautiful and great to take a boat on. Close to Grand Rapids and many other activities. "

"I booked this as a last minute getaway weekend for me and my dog and I am so glad I did! Everything was exactly as listed, such a cute cabin on a lovely little lake. Nice and secluded but not too isolated, it’s perfect! The owner was super responsive via messaging and left plenty of detailed information about the stay/area that was easy to access. Can’t wait to come back :) Highly recommend!! "
