Jenny the Manager was friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking your own meals. The location was excellent, right across the road from the beach, and a few restaurants/pubs/clubs within walking distance and only a 3 minute drive to the shopping centre and 5 mins drive to the Big Banana. Carparking underneath the building is a height limit of 1.8m leaving anyone with a taller vehicle parking in the secure yard at the back which is great that they have this but unfortunately there were only 8 spaces available and there were vehicles that could fit underneath also using the secure yard leaving larger vehicles with nowhere to park most of the time and having to find on-street parking which is hard with the pub and bowling club being across the road. I would stay here again but I would make sure we brought our smaller car.

The only problem we found was there was no Foxtel, we had to go to the Hotel to watch the football. This was not a huge deal but it would have been nice not to have gone out in the rain.

Few days away
Had a weekend away from COVID-19 was still a few restrictions but enjoyed our time, loved the unit, the view and the size, will definitely stay in that unit again.

Good location for my business needs. High, with a view. Foxtel. However, I had several bites each night - from the lounge I think. No screens on windows, windows malfunctioning, old. Property looks and feels old.

Great Holiday Accommodation
Great place to stay. We only stayed for 2 nights whilst we awaited and visited a new grandchild so did not make full use of all amenities. Plenty of room, very clean with all that is needed for an extended stay and having two bathrooms was an added bonus. Tradewinds is close to the Bowling Club which we have found always has good reasonably priced food.

Spacious near the beach.
Good sized units well equipped with utensils. Parking a little difficult in basement. Great position.

Spacious and relaxing
A pleasure to stay at very spacious for the 7 of us (2 adults and 5 kids) facilities were fantastic and our view was fabulous, Rob was absolutely fantastic to deal with very friendly, informative and extremely helpful it was greatly appreciated. Thank you

Perfect Spot for us
Pros: Awesome Location (Beach and Playground across the road for kids, and Good coffee next door and pub/bottle shop across the road for parents). Apartment was good size for family stay with good facilities (washer/dryer and air-con in rooms). The heated pool was fantastic and well maintained, and very good car parking. Cons: Pub across the road was VERY loud at night time, and the shower in main bathroom was dripping/leaking.

Facelift required
First time staying in Coffs Harbour, lovely place to holiday however where we stayed was reasonably dated and fairly basic. On the positive the apartment was spacious and clean however the pillows were very thin, the hot water unit was tiny and we ran out of hot water and there was no television in the bedroom.

Nice hotel with great position & plenty of room.
The hotel was in a convenient spot close to the water & close to pubs, clubs, cafes & shopping. Plenty of space with all that's needed for a holiday of a week or longer. It was advertised to have air conditioners but this wasn't working for our entire stay & we were not offered any reimbursement at any stage! there was also scheduled drilling & building works happening in the building for our entire stay which was never mentioned to us until arrival & the room was booked close to our period of stay. All in all quiet a good value room if you take out the building works noise & if our a/c had worked

Great location and good value.
Well equiped apartment. Kitchen is good but dated and lacks dishwasher - but there are cheap eats at the pub across the road. Air conditioner in the living room does not cool the bedrooms. There are fans to help cool the bedrooms.

great location
Very spacious room with beach views. Across the road from hoey moey motel. We could hear the band there on Friday night but it wasn't an offensive level of noise and didn't go all night.

The rooms where clean and well presented, however the shower needed cleaning along with the windows. Also some of the crockery and cutlery that was left dirty.

The apartment block was in prime location for great food music cafes and the gorgeous beach. The apartment was beautifully kept and had all the comforts of home.

Tired but clean and tidy.
Obviously an older unit but still clean and tidy. Our family enjoyed the space and the location. Car parking was a BIG issue. Very tight spaces in the basement car park, sometimes impossible to use, especially with a large SUV.

Hoey Moey
I stayed at this hotel because of the location being so close to the beach and eateries. The room was a little older however very clean, comfortable and tidy. Great balcony that opens of the living room. Off street parking is a great feature, as you don't need your car because you can walk most places. The room has all the amenities that you need and expect. Management were very helpful and obliging.

three nights stay. the apartment was a 2 min walk to the beach. Cross the street was a restaurant/bar which had great daily specials. drove down to Boambee beach, must see, had aa good time.

Nice apartment needs a few things fixed like lounge is sunking needs upgrade and screws loose on dinning chairs. But room as a whole spacious and comfortable needs a larger Airconditioner. Managers were great pool is nice but spa didn't work could be great place if things were maintained. Will try again

Great Location
Beautiful ocean views from apartment 26. Rooms are airy and modern and clean. The managers are lovely and helpful. Only criticism would be that the bathroom and kitchen are a little dated. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already rebooked for the next Christmas holidays

We were staying in Coffs for two exhibition openings and being an artist I booked this accommodation specifically because it stated Ocean Views, however there were only Ocean glimpses.

It was advertised that every apartment had a parking spot but on arrival we had to park out the back of the apartments even though still secure not undercover and it made it a little difficult to enter the building

Very pleasing & nice hotel, Great roomy place
Hotel is in a good location within good walking distance to wide range of locations. Easy walk to shops & good sized shopping centre. Not far from the beach. Close to good food & meals cafes & restaurants. Short drive to the marina. Certainly a great place to stay. Will be recommending this to others travelling to this area. A good place to "recharge your batteries" or relax.
