Great stay, older building but immaculately maintained. Heated pool & 2 x spas (adult only all age) secure parking, cameras all around. Brilliant location

Loved our stay at this place. The staff were really helpful and friendly, as were other guests and residents. The pool was excellent - the water was the perfect temperature. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks, Sandcastles!

The room they gave me was run down, blinds in the lounge and bedroom did not work properly. Wall behind main bed had cracks in the join door of a morning the sun was coming thru the cracks including the wind. Terrible cleanliness, damaged tiles in bathroom. Opened up cupboard under sink to find mouldy garbage and fruit in bin which had not been cleaned causing a large swarm of fruit flies. I had to change rooms. Second room was slightly better however the complex is run down and the prices they charge are high for the condition of the apartments.

Smelly, dirty. From the 90’s and smells and looks like it has not been cleaned since then. Drunks outside the room all night till 3am. Mainly just a stinky dirty unit - do yourself a favour and book somewhere else

Although our stay was pleasant with all the amenities you could ask for, the apartment seemed old and musty. The unit was very spacious, although some of the plates were still dirty and had to be rewashed before using, the main bedroom had stains on the carpet. In saying all of this, we would stay here again.

Cooking pans dirty and some crockery. Only one and half showers before water went cold. Filthy balcony. Two running taps. No sugar in room. Dishwasher door falling off. Iron broken.

Fantastic location, quiet property with a lovely pool/spa/sauna area. Older property, a little tired but great size units. Checking in was easy, lovely reception staff with lots of tips about the local area. Our new hotel in Coffs in the future.

Great location. Pool and spa a hit with the kids. Unfortunately the apartment we had was very dated and tired, saying that it was spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Convenient and comfort with an unfortunate noise
Apartments were comfortable and conveniently located. Our apartment however had a hot water heater in our bedroom wardrobe which made loud noises at all hours of the night. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Rooms are dirty, only cleaned on the surface. The only good thing about property is the pool and spa. Across the road from the beach.

Great accommodation as a halfway point on our road trip. It would be useful to be forewarned about steps for accessing reception and underground car park to apartment. Luckily for me the apartment was on ground floor.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our travels to Queensland and one night coming back being a half way to Sydney. I was so disappointed when we arrived to be put in an a apartment. That was absolutely filthy. Some switches were broken, total fire hazard. dusty carpets were dirty. Couldn’t use the wardrobe as it was covered in dust. No ventilation windows were so dirty couldn’t open it. We stayed in another unit on way back same. But this time. I had to spray Glen20 in shower as my poor kids wouldn’t have a shower due to the filthy dirty pubic hairs in the door going into the shower. Spoke to manager how disgusted I was. She just said the units were old and hard to clean. I’m sorry but with Covid going around. This disgusting block of units and fire hazard. Should be shut down…..

We loved the location and ease of check in. The pool and hot tub was spotless and beautifully warm. Beds were comfortable. Hope to stay again.

Shower was dirty on arrival Had to wait the next morning to have hot water Did contact after hours number for no response with concern over no hot water Lucky we only booked one night!! Won’t be staying here again

Im very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. However, as you know, we did in fact immediately offer to move you to another apartment when we were notified about the full size hot water system in your apartment running out of hot water - however you told us you did not want to move. Electric hot water systems do not reheat immediately and normally a 160litre tank is sufficient for an overnight stay.
