Quiet, tidy and convenient
Great stay at this property. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean and tidy. Beds were not overally comfy, but it never is when it's not your own. Close to everything we needed and the pool was a great addition for a quick dip after a long day in the sun at the stadium. Would stay here again :)

All worked for us
It was clean and worked perfectly for us and our 2 little dogs. It wasn't as close to cafe and restarants as we thought it was but it all worked for our overnight stay. We were initially concerned about the bed being so close to walls etc but bed was very comfortable.

Overnite stopover
Was nice and neat. Bed is a bit cramped ok for overnite stay. Garage roof of house is dangerous .. nearly hit head a few times as gate latch is under very low eave.

Great place to stay
Only one issue; the bed is butted up to walls at head and both sides and as a 68 yr old I found the bed difficult to get into and out.

Beautiful Clean Modern but noisy dog.
The bungalow was top notch, clean, modern and comfortable. However, the neighbours dog barked loudly and constantly most of the day.

Bungalow stay Coffs Harbour
Was a beautiful property. You could tell it was furnished and planned by someone who cared and could live in it themselves. Awesome location. Just has ghosts in the bathroom that opens the door itself 😂 All in all beautiful property and will 100% be back to enjoy it again

Hidden Gem
Although tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, this Bungalow is the ideal location, essentially in the heart of Coffs Harbour, to get away. Would recommend to all given its fantastic amenities, kind hosts and safe location.

Noisy neighbours
The neighbours at 32 Brodie were very noisy til after midnight playing something that sounded like bongo drums, very loud voices and some flashing lights. We had a very disturbed nights sleep. The property was otherwise fine.

Pleast stay at Brodie Bungalow
We had a pleasant stay at Brodie Bungalow. We only had two concerns, the first was no space around the bed which made it difficult to get in and out of bed. The second was no wardrobe space at all. Overall the rest of the facilities were great.

Pet friendly hideaway
We had an unexpected mini-holiday to Coffs Harbour while my husband needed surgery. I was relieved to find a place I could bring my parrot as bird boarding is tricky to find around here! It's in a great spot, only minutes to the shops and to the jetty (you could even walk to coffs creek reserve if you're a fitness type). For being so close to a major road, you can't hear a sound with the doors and windows shut. The bungalow had a slight *clean* dog smell which we got used to very quickly. Not surprising for a pet friendly spot. The unit was otherwise very clean, and had everything we needed. Remi my parrot had a great time yelling at the local birds. My only critique is there were some things that required maintenance, mostly the flyscreens and blinds. An easy fix that would add more stars :-) If there are guests staying in the beach house, they can occasionally make noise in the shared (lovely) garden area, which we experienced. No big deal for us. Thanks for having us!

Private and Peaceful
We had a wonderful 5 night stay in the Beach Bungalow. Lovely and private in a central location…comfy beds, hot shower, everything you need is on hand and it’s very secure. Would definitely stay again! Our small dogs loved it too, no means of escape thanks to sturdy gates and fences. Thank you Tracey and John! 😁

Worst Accommodation ever! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Disgusting and dirty! Stunk like a big wet dog had lived there for years without a wash! No bed for my daughter, sorry but a grotty lounge covered in stains is not acceptable, let alone no bedding and used Band-Aid in the lounge! DISGUSTING! Kitchen had used utensils in the draws with dried foodstuffs still stuck to them! Windows had mould on them, as well as mould on the curtains and also throughout the bathroom! The bungalow is at the back of the property so car has to be parked out on the road and not visible by accommodation. Guests in the main house have priority of the driveway and parking space. I would not allow my dog to stay here let alone any human! I have photos to back my statements here. If only there was a smell-a-vision to make people understand and aware of the stench of this place. I also contacted the owner the night I was supposed to stay here and told them I was unhappy and they never replied or tried to rectify the issue. And they refuse to give me a refund. Very dodgy hosts. I guess their other business is more important. Wouldn’t be surprised if they rip off those customers too.

The place was easy to find, excellent directions given by owner! Cute little place. Would like to see some side tables for the bed and powerpoint near the bed. The pool was dirty and we couldn't swim, i tried to clean it but nothing was provided apart from a net, very disappointing as the pool was the reason we chose to stay here… my cat was very relaxed here..

In summary the experience and the property were just perfect for us that we have booked for same time next year. If there was only suggestion is maybe have a hat off deck to grass area so not to having to walk around using the gates provided as you can wake guests in main house. But all in all very happy with property managers and property

Beautiful and cosy bungalow
Our family of four really enjoyed the bungalow. It is cute and cosy but if your out and about most of the time it’s perfect for afternoon relaxing and bedtime. We really appreciated the wifi and Netflix for some R&R after a day of activities. It was clean and comfortable with everything you needed including shampoo and conditioner which was handy as we’d left our bathroom kit in our last destination oops! We didn’t even notice guests staying in the beach house and hopefully it was the same for them. Pool was great but location was great for other swimming options and local restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic for a couple. As a family of four it a little on the small side, but fine for a few days stay. We enjoyed ourselves. A lovely pool, and everything was included inside the bungalow. Good location as well.

The property managers were really great, I was able to move my booking when COVID travel restrictions hit. Property was set up beautifully and didn’t need to contact them again because there were no problems. Highly recommend

Lovely spot. Super clean and very well equipped. Excellent for those travelling with a pooch. There were 3 of us which did make little squeezy but absolutely perfect for a couple. Very quiet and amazing creek walk close by. Hop skip and jump to Park Beach Plaza for supplies. We loved it

Short Stay at Brodie - Always Worth it!
The second time at Brodie's Bungalow was just as good as the first. It seems to be always clean and central to everything in Coffs Harbour. The layout of the bungalow is done with such thought that once inside it feels bigger than it actually is, and topped off with a nice, contemporary styled living area. We'll definitely be back again!
