It's worth noting that some of our other rooms are also accessible by stairs only, and as always, we recommend calling ahead to discuss any specific needs. We understand undercover parking can be limited, especially of an evening, due to the design of the building and grounds. Hi Teena,You booked one of our Economy rooms which are our base-level rooms - in the future I would recommend staying in one of our Resort or Executive rooms as they have been renovated recently. As you only stayed for one night, I imagine that you didn't have the chance to utilize all of the amazing facilities our resort has to offer! We have three swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, and are within walking distance to Charlesworth Bay Beach.We hope that on your return to Coffs Harbour you will stay with us again for a little longer to take the time to enjoy the entire resort.

You're quite right about the Wi-Fi, most of our Economy rooms don't have it. While we are working with room owners to update this, we recommend booking a Resort or Executive room if Wi-Fi is important to your stay. It's worth noting that mobile reception can be minimal in some parts of the resort, and poor for Optus and Vodafone. We'd love to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

As all of our rooms are privately owned, it is their discretion if they choose to renovate however we are trying to push for this. Hi Tara, Thanks for taking the time to write a review of your stay. It's unfortunate that the tap assembly was very wobbly, however the tap still functioned normally, and the front section of the vanity was securely attached when you checked in. You told us this yourself, as you were hoping to see if your husband could tighten the tap from underneath but couldn't access it. It only fell off when your husband "accidentally kicked it" while brushing his teeth, as stated in your one of your many emails to us. We assured you that the tap would continue to work, and we tried to have someone in to look at it, however, working with a skeleton staff over Xmas, unfortunately this took longer than expected. As it wasn't an emergency, we prioritised more important tasks with the limited staff we had available. When a maintenance member was available, you didn't want him to go into the room without you, but couldn't tell us when you'd be there, so we had to wait until your departure to tighten the tap. While our overall rates fluctuate, the executive rooms are generally less than 10 per night more than resort rooms, and this represents great value for money for our best rooms which have been renovated more recently.Your demands for a swift respond during the busiest time of year were somewhat unrealistic, however management responded to your emails as soon as possible on the 2nd of January and had you been a little more patient we're sure an agreement could have been reached.
