Just a little far from town
Wonderful place to stay, all modern amenities, exceptionally clean, but a little too far from downtown. The four kilometre distance from Sawtell is the only negative. We like to be able to park the car and walk everywhere.

Home away from home. A gorgeous property that had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and we hope it will be a regular place on our travels. A full kitchen, well sized bathroom with hot water, lots of spacious sitting areas and views of the suburb. Plenty of windows letting in light but also blockout curtains and blinds to suit your needs. Well situated away from primary Coffs hub but only a few minutes drive to anywhere in the area.

Warm & Cosy
Natalie and Bevan are welcoming hosts. The studio is comforting and clean with various ammenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Looking forward to my next stay here!

Private unit away from the hustle of Coffs Harbour
This is an ideal location for a couple exploring the area around Coffs Harbour. Close but a quiet relaxing spot with beautiful breezes. The unit was superb! All you needed for a comfy stay. Would recommend highly!

Beautiful studio - would definitely re-visit!
The studio was absolute beautiful! Has all the features & amenities needed for a comfortable home away from home. Check-in process was simple, communication with hosts was great. Location in a lovely quiet neighbourhood down the road from the local shops & cafes in town. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the same property in a heartbeat. Thank you 🙏

Perfect short stay
I was on the Coffs Coast for work and this was the perfect place to stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for the half week I was there, which was a priority for me, and the whole place was clean, cosy and beautifully set up plus the location is great for getting around the Coffs Coast. Would stay again!

What a lovely property to stay at. It is very comfortable indeed, extremely clean and well maintained , and the hosts have thought of everything that one may need. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend

The actual unit is perfect! It is new, clean and has everything you need and more! The only negative thing would be access to the actual property.. it is awkward and there is no communication as to parking, etc. Not good for anyone with mobility issues. But otherwise, great value!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is VERY clean, modern and spacious. Everything you need is at hand and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. GREAT VALUE for money and very comfortable and private. A cliche, but it's a real home away from home.

The apartment is new and maintained well. Appliances are in good brands, like Westing House, LG, etc. Host is friendly. When you have questions, she responses promptly.

Great stay in a good location close to sawtell
Property was very good and well set out, only small issue we though was the bed was very firm, maybe just we are use too a softer style Good ammenitys, and great for a couple that want to be very close to tormina/sawtell CBDs not to far a drive away from both. Hosts Nat & Bevan very abliging , will defiantly consider returning, when I come again with my wife to visit my brother in the region

Great brand new granny flat
We had a really pleasant stay here. Comfortable bed and reasonably stocked kitchen with quality items. It lacks a few things like coffee plunger (important to some), some homey touches but we found inside to be quite private and spacious. It’s a separate add on to a house with small children so at times there was some noise. But overall a lovely couple of day.

Beautiful Stay!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay in this brand spanking new studio, the owners were lovely and super helpful. The studio has everything you need, in a great location with quick easy access to Sawtell Beach and Coffs. Itching to get back already!
