Good value for money
Fairly quiet as it was close to the highway and that was pleasing. Ideal for the stay as it was only required for sleeping purposes. Would stay there again should the situation arise.

Terrible experience with the accommodation
The photo’s shown aren’t the rooms that you get. It’s extremely old rooms with mouldy bathrooms, dust on cupboards, blankets stained. No house keeping done in rooms for the 3 nights we had stayed. I had to ask for fresh towels the second day. No laundry facilities onsite as advertised. Very disappointed with the whole experience and I had paid $220.00 a night. What a rip-off. Never again disgusting

The carpet and curtains were very grubby. The fridge was extremely noisy which disturbed our sleep. It was very iced up and paint was peeling off the fridge door. Shower door could hardly open enough to get an average size person into the shower. We would not be staying there again.

One nighter
The owner was very accommodating, we were able to check in a lot earlier than initially intended. This stop is good for a one night stay.

Convenient but dated
A very well appointed hotel close to shops and restaurants . Sadly in need of a face lift . It was very clean and served our purpose for one night . Will,use it again if we are passing through Coffs Harbour .

Extremely Dirty
room was so disgustingly dirty, bubblegum under bed and goodness knows what else, needed a complete top.to bottom scrub of walks and floors even had to suck a huge hair ball out of the shower before using.

Old and noisy
Obviously why this was the only room we could find over xmas at short notice. Old, noisy, parking really bad for a bigger vehicle.

Convenient
Room all good, manager personable, there was no tidy bin there were no biscuits there was no cutlery had to go ask for spoon to stir coffee and given plastic after a big search. Not sure if all those issues were oversight or thats how it is. For the high Xmas price thought was a but rough.

Good for a night whilst driving through
Was a bit noisy on the nain road and is not the nicest place. The staff are really nice and it is a good cheap option if you are spending a night at Coffs on the way through.

Not worth the money.
The " Room for 2 adults and 3 children" was very cramped and hot . The top bed of the double bunk was very difficult to climb into and had no side rail. Because of the thin foam mattresses the older child felt the slats digging into him. Thank goodness we only had to stay one night on our way to qld.

Business visit
The hotel was within walking distance of the shopping centre, the room was comfortable and clean. I would have no problem staying again but it would be nice if the hotel manager (owner?) didn't spend so much time in the car park smoking and dressed a little neater. The room could do with a little bit of an update and it would have been great to have had a couple of more pillows.

Over night stay
I was always going to arrive late, I tried calling the motel to let them know over 2 consecutive days and could not get through, i left numerous messages and did not and still have not received a return call. Absolutely appalling customer service.......

The experience wa terrible it was dirty there was smoke ash in the bathroom The floor was black The pool you could not swim in as it was not clean There was not enough parking It was dirty out side the room We were booked in for 3 night and only stayed 2 then we found some were else to stay

I asked the staff or manager if I can check out at 10:30, but he said I need to check out at 9:30 coz that room is booked. The check in time is at 2pm, do you really need 4 and half hour to clean a room???

Terrible Motel, I have never seen such dirtiness in all of the motels I have stayed in. Mould everywhere, shower not cleaned, blood on mirror, ladies makeup on shower screen, splatters if spilt drinks up the wall near the bin, microwave dirty, outside bins overflowing, cigarette butts everywhere. I could go on and on. Only reason we stayed was it was Easter weekend and there was no other accommodation available. And to charge $164 to sleep in filth. People don't do it to yourself. I couldn't get out of there quick enough . I will be seeking a refund through respective authorities.

Late Check in.
I was travelling down from Brisbane after work and did not arrive until Midnight. The staff where warm and friendly very helpful with my late night check in. The rates were very competitive and the room was quiet.

Avoid at all costs
This is the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Maintenance tidiness and cleanliness are not important to the owners.

Over priced. Old. No service with a smile here!
Motel was clean enough but way to overpriced. Sadly it was the only accommodation available and we had no choice. Rooms were clean. Staff have no phone etiquette and never call you back.

Decent stay for one night, needs improvement
Aircon was nice and cold but noisy. Bathroom was nice and clean, separate room with enclosed shower. Had a microwave and fridge/freezer. Toaster was too grubby with old pieces of bread in it to want to use it. Spent 10 minutes trying to close the window and it was impossible due to its design or screws added to the wall plate, so it was left open all night. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the ceiling. One of the reading lamps was broken. Beds were comfy and clean. Had plenty of towels and soap provided. Multiple WiFi names and passwords given on a piece of paper did not work. Manager was quick to answer the front desk. Good location with shops in driving distance and many other motels around.

The most filthy motel we have ever stayed
It was the peak seasons and we didn't have any other choices at the price range we were after, we stayed there for 6 nights, the shower is extremely mouldy and we bought 'Exit Mould' cleaner and spray around the entire shower cubicle, you can tell it hasn't be clean for a long time because you can see black mould gone behind the tiles. Bathroom's windows has mould spots on the glass everywhere and frame all around, plus little mouldy spots on the ceiling. Towel rail was broken. No towel replacement, room cleaning/vacuum or bed making for our entire 6 nights stays, no rubbish removal from our room and the common bins were so full and over flowing. Common area was also pretty dirty, I saw some KFC wipes on the floor and it was still there on the day we left. Live cockroach found in our room one morning but this could be just off chance. WiFi wasn't working just I work around it with my phone Hotspot. Just the overall state is unclean. IF we haven't paid upfront via wotif, we would change motel for sure. PS: Yes, we are city people but we have been to some even more 'remote' locations motel before with town less then 2500 people, we have experiences from caravan to 5 stars hotel. This review sound harsh but we think it is justified.

Not as described Room was Booked for Three Adults supposed to be a Family Room with a Double and Three Twin Beds, when we got there is was one Double Bed a Bunk Bed and a Trundle Bed which could only fit between the Double and Bunk Beds Leaving no floor space you basically had to tread on the Trundle Bed to get out of the other Beds, Mattresses were two inch thick Foam Rubber, Room was supposed to included a Kitchenette this was a Joke, No more than you find in a standard Motel Room Jug and Small Fridge, the Description on the Internet was a Joke, Trivago, Booking.com and Bananatown Motel should be ashamed of yourselves for providing misleading information. One very unsatisfied Ex Customer

Basic, noisy - not for families or couples
This hotel is basic and has seen better days. You can spend a night here, watch TV from the bed, shower and move on. The issue is really the 24/7 party house across the road and the hoons. Thin walls made it hard to sleep. Service was basic. The receptionist was not happy but agreed to give me an upgrade as I had booked a room type that was sold out.

Close to town centre.
Just a place to stay. Dissapointing with price when cheaper prices were on offer when we arrived. The only redeeming quality was access to local club.

Meet Expectations
It was exactly what I expected, photos are correct. Price was high for the place but given it was Christmas time and I booked only a few week before it was justifiable. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful :)

Tricky access but walking distance to CBD.
This motel was a little tricky to access and on-site parking required 2 people to get our car into position. No reception parking means that you need to either block the driveway to book in or park in a unit park space, causing a problem either way. The unit was relatively clean, however could do with a really good deep clean around floor edges, window sills, A/C unit, shower and fridge. There was tea and coffee makings but no spoons, in fact other than 2 cups and 2 glasses I couldn't find any cutlery or crockery. No restaurant on site, however you are within walking distance of many nice eateries and supermarkets to buy any essentials.

Avoid like the plague
Filthy room with food swept under the bed sticky floors it looked nothing like the photos online. Broken tile and glass in the shower with lots of mold in the bathroom. The shower was either cold or scalding hot. And don't try to take these issues up with the management sai was surrounded by 5 men told me too bad go back to my room or leave the motel. How places like this stay open is beyond me I'm intending to take this further and Expedia should remove this place from its listings if it cares about its users.

In the room was a light fitting with a plastic bag taped around it as it was broken. The bedside drawers were literally falling apart. Mould in the shower and no remote for the tv we were told to just use the buttons which is fine except buttons didn't work properly and quite often the channel change button turned the tv off 😞 We gave up eventually lucky it was only for one night. Beds were comfortable tho and shower was hot with plenty of hot water

Rooms are way over priced for what they are I would only pay $100 per night for the apparent family room. Advertised 3 single beds and a double but it was actually a double bunk with mattress on floor in kitchen/lounge room and blocks access to bathroom. Just enough room in unit to walk past each bed and walls. Grass around pool. Very rundown. Didn't have a spare key to room so had to push front door in then looked at door and it showed signs this had been done many times and had screws holding it together. Owner offered me $100 cash from $360pd not to go thru wotif for refund as we did not stay there. Dodgy motel
