House was very clean and perfect for our stay. Suited the 6 of us perfectly. It was updated very cute. I would just suggest putting soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers and bathtub and maybe supplying coffee. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great time with our family.

Great Location. Clean and family friendly.

We stayed at the location after a two week road trip. It was nice and roomy and the beds very comfortable. The place was well stocked with cooking and bathing items. All the rooms had TVs available. Location was very convenient for going to the lake or Silverwood. Great find!

Clean, convenient and user friendly spot.

Stayed here with our work team and it was very easy to get to, close to town. It was a great set up with two separate living rooms, comfortable deck. Would also be very well set up for family use to.

Overall our stay here was very enjoyable. Some of the cleanliness could have been better. The dishes were dirty when we arrived and there was a pair of dirty underwear from a previous guest in one of the rooms. Also, the television in the living room has a dark spot on the screen making it difficult to watch from certain angles. The house is in a great location and there are lots of modern upgrades and touches that make it feel very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Coeur d’Alene.

It’s hard to summarize. First of all the lower level bathroom is a joke. It is a laundry room with a toilet. No where to put clean clothes or towels. No way two couples could stay on the lower level. The upstairs bath needs new plumbing fixtures. Almost everyone had to bath in the main floor bathroom. Outdoor seating only seats six. Screen door in back needs to be adjusted. House was not very clean, carpets need cleaning. The throw rug in kitchen is bent up on edge and a tripping hazard. We moved it while there. Lower bath door knob loose, railing going downstairs is loose. Not a great area. VRBO needs to let people know there are many steps and not suitable for people who have a hard time using stairs. Very hard to carry luggage down and up. Scatter rugs need cleaning. The carpets were dirty and stained when we got there. We as a group would give this a low rating. It is not a 9.0 outstanding. Front door lock very hard to figure out, never seen one quite like it.

Great location to explore the area

Great place for two families with teenagers. Very private, quiet duplex with lots of living space and an outdoor deck to spread out in. Easy 5 min drive to downtown area.

The third bathroom was in the laundry room. Sucked! Kitchen was a disaster! Stove did not work properly. Pan was warped. Cupboards need to be torn out and replaced. Hand rail was lose. Electrical outlets need to be replaced. Outdoor steps were uneven and slippery. Need more chairs on outside patio. Worst VBRO we have ever been in!!!

We loved the house and the back deck. The property was very nice and very well maintained. The inly problem i had was that we found items belonging to previous tenants, garbage in the bedbside table and in 2 of the beds there were crumbs and cardboard heart cutouts

A great place to stay!

Our rental was just what we needed for a group of 8 people (with space for more). 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided all the space we needed. All the beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean. The back deck was a nice place to kick back in the evenings and socialize as a group. We enjoyed our stay and would look to book here again.
