  • This new and perfectly-located guest suite/house includes a memory foam mattress, private patio garden featuring a BBQ, fire table and mood lights just outside your door. Enjoy a chef's kitchen, radiant floor heat, 8-head shower, towel warmer, air conditioning, fireplace, fiber fed gig wifi, Netflix, washer/dryer, hot tub & more... Fee parking on-site, just one block west of midtown's pubs, restaurants, clothing and grocery shopping. And, just six blocks south is central downtown, beach and parks. Second queen hide-a-bed in the living room. From here you can walk to everything within minutes but be far enough away from downtown to have some peace and quiet.

Bed was great. Unit was freshly remodeled. Great appliances. Bathroom was attractive. AC was great. Location was perfect to town.Front poarch is for hot tub users only. No hang out appeal. Unit was noisy with some sort of motor or vibrating sound but it seemed to stop at night so sleep was not effective.

This was a perfectly located condo, right in the middle of town. Easy walk to downtown, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Pilgrims and many restaurants two blocks away. The room was a great size with everything provided that you need for the stay. Hot tub was very clean and the long term renters in the front house were very friendly and helpful. The air condition worked great and the bedroom could be blacked out at any time during the day or night for better sleeping. The kitchen was very well stocked and the washer dryer was very useful. The owner, Adam, was very responsive by text for questions and made the check in and check out very easy. We would highly recommend this property and will absolutely be staying there again.

Great weekend getaway

We loved our stay at the 208 guesthouse! It was clean, had the most comfortable bed, is a great location and overall is just what we wanted! Will stay again when we are back

Quaint and quiet.

Perfect little apartment with high end amenities. Perfect quiet getaway close to restaurants and shops. Close to downtown. We had a relaxing stay just what we wanted thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great little place, owner very responsive to questions, within walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Safeway and just a few blocks from the waterfront. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Cute home in great location!

Stayed at this home for the Couer d'Alene half marathon and it was perfect! Very easy street parking on a quiet road, and it's walkable to some breweries, restaurants, and a grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here when you're in town.

Wonderful location, great guest house!

We loved our stay! The GPS took us slightly down the street when we plugged in the address so just make sure you're following the instructions they wrote! Great location, great guest house. Responsive and wonderful stay!

Great location and communication throughout with the owner. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely like to come back for an overnight with my husband even though we live in Rathdrum. It’s just nice to be away for a night and walking to downtown CDA was close and the neighborhoods we walked through to get there were nice.

Great Place - will come again

Overall a great stay and a great place! Easy location to walk or drive anywhere within a few minutes of downtown. Should note that it is an apartment above a garage and parking on the street, but we were fine with all that!

208 guesthouse

We had a great stay. It was in walking distance of downtown, shopping and dinner. It was very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Contacting the owner was easy for any questions. Hot tub was a nice bonus- we would stay again
