We did not enjoy our stay at this unit and we would not rent here again. Unit was noisy due to residents above. Daily, you would hear loud walking and in the evenings, it sounded like someone was working out (jumping) and not only was it loud but caused a good amount of shaking and vibrating in our unit. Road noise was also very noticeable as well as the noise of food trucks as there is a Red Robin directly across from the unit – approximately 30 steps away. Later in our stay, construction started in a nearby unit which made the noise unbearable so we checked out early. We were in constant contact with management company who did nothing to help us. We sent videos with our complaints and they were ignored. We found mold inside the coffee maker which management replaced with a new one. We felt the hallway smelled and the unit often smelled like Red Robin due to the close proximity to the restaurant. A big complaint is that the master bedroom does not have a closet available for use. This was not disclosed in the property details and had it been, we would not have selected this unit for our 17-night stay. We complained to the management and their first comment was “well, we didn’t show a picture of it in the listing". After complaining, the mgmt company brought us a portable clothing rack to place in the bedroom. After numerous texts to management, we filed a complaint with VRBO as the management did nothing. We couldn't attach videos sent to mgmt co. These were sent to VRBO.

Excellent choice for weekend getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was great for walks down the rivers edge and the Centennial Trail. We would love to go back again. Wonderful

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Condo was clean and quiet. Didn’t use kitchen but noticed it was stocked. Everything was great and will return. The only hiccup would be no master closet to hang my dresses. Is this condo available for July 4-7, 2025? Will be returning to CDA and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our group of 5. Restaurants and activities close by. We would stay here again. Very secure and easy underground parking as well.

Wonderful beds

The mattress and pillows were amazing. So comfy! Convenient location and kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook. Have been renting a condo in Coeur d’Alene for 4 holiday seasons and this is definitely the best one. Do have a few things that were frustrating:Primary bedroom closet is locked so only storage area is a dresser with 8 small drawers and a very small & narrow clothes hanging space. This probably works for 2 people during the summer but in winter with bulky sweaters, etc, it was a problem. The second bedroom does not have any dresser so you are dependent on one shelf in the closet. But the closet shelf was completely full with extra sets of blankets and sheets. Additionally the closet was completely filled with outdoor patio cushions. All of this had to be moved to the 3rd bedroom which thankfully we did not use.

Excellent Location in Riverstone Village

Very spacious, clean and inviting. The condo staff was very easy to reach when we had questions. The location was perfect as fairly close to Coeur d'Alene Resort, downtown CDA and with the Riverstone Village shops. Nice walking area, good restaurants nearby.

Great location, great home

This was our first trip to CDA and the Westin Heavenly Beds at The Riverstone Village property couldn’t have been better. The owner communicated well, the property is immaculate with everything you need as is the kitchen. The location is a short walk to the Spokane River boardwalk and dog park. The shops at Riverstone are right behind you with an adorable bookshop, cookie shops, clothing stores, salons, and several restaurants and a wine bar. Also walking distance away is Anthony’s Seafood restaurant- truly one of the best restaurants in the PNW.

Beautiful, Relaxing and Convenient!!

The condo was Amazing!! So relaxing and a perfect layout for our family. It was so quiet, just what we needed. The convenience of the stores and restaurants below was so nice. The food was delicious at all the places we went. We are from the area and moved away 7 years ago and had to return for a family funeral. So we would love to come back in the summer and enjoy even more and do more walking along the river to the college. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and comfortable space for my family that was really needed.

Wonderful!

This was a really great place to stay for two couples. Property was really clean and great for walking to shopping and restaurants. We loved sitting on the porch. One easy fix I would suggest is more towels, there was only one set in the master bathroom.
