Wonderful winter getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The host was always responsive and decorated the place beautifully for Christmas. The lake house was extremely clean and the views of the lake, mountains and floating green were jaw-dropping. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the holidays with family.

Awesome Home

The owners of this home thought of everything!! The nicest touch of all, was coming into a warm house with a beautiful Christmas tree all decorated, but it didn’t stop there, kitchen was stocked with all the basics you would need, including ketchup and mustard, packets, jam, and jelly, butter, packets,. The heading was heavily in the master bedroom. So cozy. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as cotton swabs, Q-tips and razor blades.!! Our host thought of everything! Thanks!! it’s a little bit remote to get to, but don’t let that scare you. The views from the deck are outstanding.!!

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party

This house was amazing. Not only was the view incredible of the lake and floating green, but the house was very clean and spacious. The host was quick to respond when we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here, and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Lakeside Stay

Our trip was fantastic and the home hosted by Vince was the perfect place for our friends and family. We enjoyed the patio the most, all day, it was gorgeous. Coffee in the morning and wine in the evening was the perfect start and end of the day overlooking the beautiful lake. The home was on a private drive and gave us tons of space. We wil surely book this home again!

All the right pieces for your stay!

Great View! House was as clean as a hospital operating room. Well stocked kitchen with most things you need. Great view from a huge deck. Sonos outdoor speakers worked like a dream. Marina/downtown 15 min easy drive. Very comfortable overall. Did I say it has a great view? We called the master bedroom bed The Taco Bed since it caves in to the middle (time for a new mattress). Living room furniture is old and tired and difficult for we older seniors to get out of without a hand. Only two good chairs on the deck - the group of cheap plastic Adirondak chairs don't get it done. The covered part of the patio with nice high table/chairs was great. Gas BBQ drip pan caught fire when we used it - needs to be cleaned more often. Some wood for the pot belly stove would have been a nice touch as we had a very cool day during our stay. It is a cool, eclectic, clean, private and comfortable place for home base. 15 min drive to town and outstanding hiking/walking right outside your door (really good steep grade on way back from lake - will get your heart rate up for sure!). You can't go wrong on this unit and the owner is super to work with and communicates in a timely manner.

Fabulous Lake Stay

Great property - plenty of space for my sister & I with our families! The deck is awesome -plenty of corm hole games were happening & the grill was awesome! The downstairs space with the ping pong table was a bonus! Vincent was always available to answer any Q. We're looking forward to next year!

Cliff Hanger of a Property

Wow - We expected this place to be amazing and it was! The pictures only do so much, you have to experience it in person. The home was clean and kept a comfortable temperature. One thing to note is there is no AC in the basement where two queen rooms are located. The home is situated off of a gravel road that climbs up a hill pretty quick. There was plenty of signs and it was easy to get to. Parking was a small challenge for two large vehicles but we managed just fine once we figured out the best way to work it. The deck is stunning and I wish we could have used it more but CDA decided to rain on us. One comment to the owners would be to put more sturdy chairs out there and a gas fire pit would be totally awesome (if legal). My last suggestion is if the room can fit a king size bed - put one in! That is personal preference though. The kitchen was great and had everything needed for cooking for 7. We loved how close to downtown the property is. The host was very communicative and nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful lake view

This house has a beautiful view of Lake Couer D’Alene. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I do recommend this house for a quiet relaxing time with great views and the occasional wildlife.

Amazing Views and Lovely Host

This house on Lake Coeur d'Alene was a perfect spot for our friends and family getaway. The deck is huge and was perfect for our yoga classes and the views were spectacular. Weather was a little crappy during our stay so we spent a lot of time at the house and we have no complaints. Some of us did struggle to find the place but I did love that it was the last house on the road, we were able to let out dogs out and walk around without having to bother any neighbors. Its close to downtown and its quite secluded. I highly recommend this house. Vince was also always quick to reply all of my messages and check in was super easy, he even let me check in 2 hrs early which was awesome!

Gathering spot for a magical Christmas!

I don’t even know where to begin. Vince was wonderful from the moment I booked this house. It truly had something for everyone in our family from our 5 year old to our two dogs to my 74 year old father. We sat by the beautiful Christmas tree that they offered to put up for us, we enjoyed the amazing view of the lake, we watched movies, barbecued, played board games, played ping pong. The beds were cozy. This was the most thoughtful and thought out vrbo I have ever stayed at. Thank you for sharing your home so we could come together and have a magical Christmas!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was above and beyond our expectations. A personal welcome to us was at the front door, and there was even a lighted Christmas tree. The host communicated promptly to my requests. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Lake Getaway

This Lake Coeur d'Alene property was one of the best we've ever rented. It is exactly as shown in the listing, with a 180 degree lake view that is GORGEOUS!!! House is on a hill with just a couple of neighbors on a private road and some neighbors below. Mostly we hung out with deer, wild turkey and a bald eagle overhead. AC in main living area was sufficient to cool the upstairs, even in 90 degree heat -- we didn't need to turn on the bedroom AC units, and downstairs doesn't have or need AC. Kitchen/bath are a little older, but well laid-out, maintained and extremely clean. Kitchen was pre-stocked with new spices, oil, condiments and water cooler. Coffee maker was new, as well as the doggie bowls :) Beds are very comfortable; linens and probably the mattresses are new. Furnishings and all the seating are super comfortable and contemporary -- giving a modern farmhouse/rustic vibe. Cute artwork. Owners thought of just about everything in terms of amenities--tote bags, soap, toothpaste, mouthwash in all bathrooms -- even makeup wipes (which my teen appreciated, as she had forgotten hers). We spent most of our time sitting on the beautiful deck, enjoying the view, coffee, dinner. Awesome location- 5-10 min to downtown restaurants and recreation areas. The steep gravel road might make some nervous, but we were fine in our Ford Explorer. Only issue was dishwasher, but no problem for us. Owner is super responsive and is addressing it. Overall FANTASTIC - THANK YOU!
