We really enjoyed the property and the vistas. The deck was great. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of CDA. It really accommodated all each groups well in our party.

Really nice area and great property. I didn't realize how far back in the neighborhood it is which isn't necessarily a bad thing but when you're driving it is a lot of back and forth. A few of the doors are hard to get open upstairs and downstairs and nobody cleaned up the dog feces in the yard. It was everywhere whIt was everywhere which was a bit annoying since my dog was running around eating it all before I had to pick it up.

Nice property in a good location with lots of privacy. I'd call the place a little on the rustic side (as expected next to a lake), but in good shape overall and very clean. It had everything we needed. Management was very responsive. Highly recommend The Stupid Cow restaurant for breakfast right down the road.

Hidden gem in ID

The property was easy to find, had all the amenities we needed, was close to everything, was on a beautiful lake with much to do, close to CDA to do things and to Silverwood. Highly recommend as it was spacious and was a very well-maintained property. Thank you for a great experience!

Thanksgiving stay

Rent the house for our family Thanksgiving so we could all stay in one spot. There were 5 of us all together. 4 adults and 1 teen oh and couple dogs. Beautiful and comfortable home in excellent neighborhood. Just know there are lots of deer passing thru and pooping all over the yard. Had one issue with a neighbor’s golden retriever chasing our dog in the rental properties yard. Assume it’s a neighbors dog that frequents the place since generally vacant. Yard not fully fenced.

Heaven in Hayden Lake Hilltop

Our stay at this home was everything we had imagined and more! The house was extremely clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the large and fabulously stocked kitchen, and spending time in the cozy open-attached great room. The warmth of the fireplace and beautiful furnishings throughout the house were appreciated by all of us. So many extra touches provided for guests! And the library was an added bonus! We did not utilize the basement area, but spent plenty of time on the large deck where we were able to take in the glorious view, relaxing and enjoying the company of our dear friends. We give this a top-rate recommendation! Hilltop at Hayden Lake was our best VRBO rental experience since beginning our travel years!

beautiful and so peaceful

What a great location for a quiet family vacation in the northwest. Great views of the lake as well as mountains all around. Short drive to Montana, Washington State and Oregon. We had a lovely time and would stay again. Great experience.

Awesome House

My husband, myself, our two kids/their spouses, our grand dog (small golden doodle) and our 7 mo old granddaughter really enjoyed this house! There was not any “equipment” for a baby, but we just brought it ! House was clean, well-equipped, there was space/bathroom for each couple, the decks/views were amazing and while it wasn’t right in town, it was just a short distance away. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, great yard, easy access… This house was just perfect and if we are ever back in Coeur d’Alene, I will rent here again.

Beautiful home, beautiful lake view, very quiet and comfortable. Loved our stay!

We loved staying at your home. It had a beautiful view of the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the deer and turkeys around the house and on our walks. House was very comfortable and it was stocked with all the supplies we needed for our 10 day stay. Would love to stay at the house again if our travels bring us to Coeur d'Alene again.

Beautiful Property!

We loved our stay here! The house is huge, very well taken care of and the views are gorgeous. Huge yard, entire lower level with a pool table and lounge area, TWO sets of bunks for kids. Fully stocked. Beds were very comfy. We will be back

Great family/friends vacation stay!

We had a great stay with our family and friends at the house for July 4th weekend. The view of Hayden Lake is absolutely beautiful, and the house was really well appointed and so comfortable, with a huge yard. It was a perfect location, only about 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene and maybe about 20-30 minutes to Silverwood. There were deer and wild turkeys all around, which we really enjoyed watching. The pool table was a great bonus, and we all had a great time playing pool together. We definitely would have loved to stay longer and spent more time paddle boarding on Hayden Lake. Perfect!!

What you don't see..........

There are reasons that there aren't any outdoor photos of this property. I inquired about the parking situation only to be told exactly what the ad says. 2 car garage, 2 cars in the driveway. Well, not unless you own very small cars. And the driveway is a steep angle down towards the house. We had 2 crew cab pick-up trucks (one with an 8 ft. bed) and we could barely fit in the driveway. And we had to back into the driveway as neighbors would park their cars directly across from the driveway making it difficult to back out. Regarding the house. Per usual.....wide angle lens camera photos. The house is not roomy. It smelled very musty. The yard had knee deep grass with a couple of mowed paths through it. We didn't use the deck because who wants to view an unkept lawn. When we arrived the downstairs doors were unlocked so the men had to clear the house to make sure no one was inside before the rest of us could enter. The downstairs bunk room had to be used by adults as we didn't feel it was safe enough for a 4 & 5 yr. with the doors to the outside. The clothes dryer sounds like it's on it's last leg. There were no towels etc. in the downstairs bathroom. We booked this place after we needed to extend our local hotel reservation, but they were booked up so we decided to VRBO. We cannot recommend this property. It's very outdated and the musty smell was hard to take for 4 days. The price is ridiculous as is the cleaning fee.

Nice for a family needs something’s repaired

Front door sticks need to push it to open. Basement is basically unheated down stairs fireplace does not Have a fan so you don’t get much heat out of the fireplace. Basement shower is only warm! Washing machine sounds like it Is on its way to being broken down very loud.
