This cute home has 2 family rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a formal dining area. The lower level has a cozy living room with master suite and laundry room. Perfect for four adults. Great location and lots of charm. The two baths were convenient to bedrooms so each of our two couples had a convenient bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our 3rd stay here and just as enjoyable as before! Mark and Maria do a wonderful job of creating a comforting retreat for a family who love the scenery and ambiance Coeur D’Alene has to offer :) We absolutely love how central and close this home is to downtown CDA, and the neighborhood is cute to walk around and quiet for a good nights rest!

Fabulous, clean and comfortable home, close to downtown area and Sanders beach. Also within walking to several delicious and fun restaurants. Mark was very gracious and helpful and always available or returned calls quickly. The house is set up with everything you need. We were impressed with CDA and how accommodating most places were when traveling with a dog. Thank you Mark and Maria.

Everything was as planned. Small difficulty with TV log-in was quickly addressed. House was exactly as we needed and no issues. Mark was an excellent, responsive host. House is well-situated to downtown CdA and we highly recommend.

CDA Summer 2024

Perfect location to bike trails, downtown shops and the beach/water. Good restaurants near by. House had all necessities- would stay here again!

East Mullan

Property and house were very clean! Check in/out process was very smooth and all instructions were very clear. Great location, convenient to town. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place in a great location. It is very clean . Walking distance to downtown, beaches, hiking. The owners are very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here.

CDA competitive softball tournament

We had a very nice stay in Coeur d’Alene. The Sanders Beach house was very nice, well equipped, centrally located to the softball fields, and close to many nice restaurants.

Great Central Location

Fantastic house! Great layout and perfect back yard and patio. Great for a family weekend! Walking distance to downtown and the beach! Will definitely stay again!

Great house right near downtown!

My spouse & I stayed there with friends. Definitely a great house for a family stay also with one room with double bed, 1 with queen & whole downstairs living area with separate bedroom with kind bed & its own bathroom. Laundry facilities inside was an added bonus! Loved our stay there!

The home was very clean and well kept and very comfortable. Anything we needed was within reach. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two small puppies and gave us peace of mind to let them run free after long car rides. The short wall to town was perfect.

Well stocked home in a great location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit CDA. We didn’t do any cooking but it looked like we would have had anything and everything we would have needed. Friendly Host and very responsive.

Very clean & comfortable.

This was a lovely home. It was super clean, comfortable and well stocked. Felt like home away from home. It is bigger than it appears. Thanks for the early check in option also! We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! This place is a hidden gem. The house was clean. The kitchen had all the tools you need. It is walking distant to the shops and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Cute backyard with sitting. Would totally stay there again. Kurt, Tara, Katie and Robert.

Cute, cozy, home away from home!

This was a cute, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. We were all in awe. We had a great time and didn't want to leave so soon. We will definitely come back and stay again. Great communication with the owner. We couldn't have picked a better place for our stay.

Lovely Home

We loved this beautiful home. It has a generously sized primary suite with an amazing closet. The back yard was great for my daughter’s dog and the owners even provided dog dishes. Everything needed was provided for.
