"Lovely big, clean room with a sofa, table, chairs, huge bed and a gorgeous view. Loads of parking and a nice garden to enjoy. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and very helpful. The evening meal, Chicken Supreme, was fantastic and so was the breakfast (porridge with blueberry compote). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and can't wait to stay again."

"Our room was clean and comfortable, we even had an iron and ironing board which was very useful. Hairdryer was good, lovely body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Good quality bedding and towels. "Nice looking hotel in a lovely location. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park making it ideal to get out and about either walking, hiking, and cycling in the surrounding area. Waterfall country is about a 30 minute drive away. Very friendly and polite staff. Food was on the slightly pricey side but it was excellent quality. Can’t comment on the pool, spa or gym facilities as we did not use them. The hotel ceilings as well as the room we stayed in...

"Tired, run down. Did make me slightly nostalgic I suppose, remembering the 1980s with the food and decor. The very few Staff that were there (if you could find them) were lovely, but I couldn’t overcome the feeling that the place had been deserted and left to rot. Breakfast near inedible but evening meal was ok. Nonetheless, not terrible value for money."

"We attended for a wedding, the venue and all the staff were amazing. Our room was missing a put up bed which was organised straight away and many apologies were revieved. The room was spotless although as the bathroom window was open while we partied away, a team of bugs decided to enter and party in our bath tub! Not the hotel's fault but did need to keep the door closed to make sure the party didnt expand to the bedroom and did make us feel a bit yucky by morning. The joys of having nature at...
