My friends and I stayed here for 4 days and had a nice time. The check-in was a bit tricky, the keypad needs to maybe be update? It requires several tries to unlock and then lock again upon leaving. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the keurig and k-cups provided (we also bought some of our own) but there were ground coffee packages but no reusable k-cup to use with them. The water and ice in the fridge are tricky too, every time we filled our cups with ice water also squirted out. Not a big deal, but it made a mess. The location is walkable to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable. The main issue we had was with a dirty, cloudy, and sandy hot tub. I requested a cleanup service and was told a company would come to do it. That day, no hot tub cleaner. Next day, no hot tub cleaner. I kept reaching out for service and kept getting told someone would come out and they’d keep me updated. No one ever came and we didn’t get to use the hot tub. We did get a later check out at no cost and refunded some of our fees. So overall it was a decent experience.
