The is a wonderful spot, right at the Cocoa Beach pier. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!! Only suggestion is to send a map of where the condo is located on the property.

Family Vacation

Property was very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Management was always quick to respond with any questions. Loved being right on the beach. We sat up on the rooftop almost every night. It was a beautiful view!! Would definitely return!

Great stay

Great stay in cocoa beach! Really enjoyed the roof deck. It was used frequently by us during our trip. Two bedrooms two bathrooms was fantastic even just for two people. Definitely would book again!

A great little getaway

We had a great time. Zareh was very responsive. Much appreciated! The location and accommodations were as described. Very clean! Loved the beach chairs and cooler. There are a few quirks. The secondary shower is a trickle! It took a bit to get the soap out of your hair! The dishwasher only opens half way as the door hits the fridge. Be prepared not to be able to use the bottom rack fully. There was a swifter mop but no pads to attach. We made due with a broom. I still give 5/5 as the location, price, and responsiveness of host were exceptional.

Week long stay in cocoa

The condo was in a nice spot, and the property is well maintained and cleaned when we arrived. There were some odd features to the design of the house that did become a tad annoying over the course of the stay. The dish washer is right in front of the refrigerator, so emptying and loading is very difficult because the refrigerator prevents you from being able to open the dishwasher fully. Also a fan or some sort of air movement or cooling would make the elevator more enjoyable. The staff was very nice and the rooftop terrace is beautiful. We had dinner up there our last night and loved it. Access to the beach and pier were very convenient. I would recommend staying here.

Missing it already!

My wife, my 12 year old son and myself just spent a fabulous week here and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is fabulous, overlooking Cocoa Beach pier. It's a fabulous stretch of beach, well maintained, with a lifeguard, and we enjoyed swimming and boogie boarding in the warm ocean. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well looked after, and is well stocked with everything we needed. There's not a huge amount of kitchen cupboard space to store food, but just enough if you move a few pots and pans around. Beds were comfortable, and furnishings throughout were tasteful and in good condition. If there's more than 3 people you might struggle a little for comfortable seating in the lounge, it could probably do with an extra armchair (or recliner!!) but that's about the only negative thing I could say. The condo pool is lovely. Big enough to get a relaxing swim in. It was also well maintained and kept clean. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We didn't have any problems that needed their attention but you could tell they were there if you needed them, without it being intrusive. We loved that it was away from the busier parts of Cocoa Beach a couple of miles down the coast, and was lovely and quiet. If they installed an Electric Vehicle charger or 2 in the condo parking lot they'd really make my day, although there is a charger in the Cocoa Beach Pier lot which is free after 5pm so i was able to get a few charges there. Can't wait to go back!

Great experience

This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. Very close to space center. The amenities provided by the owners were perfect. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels everything was perfectly thought out. I highly suggest staying here if your wanting a great location to visit coco beach, the space center ,watch rocket launches, close to many great restaurants and beach dinning .

Great location, unique rooftop views

We had a great week! First off, we needed to add a couple nights at the last minute and luckily we were able to which was a huge relief. Everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable beds, although we ended up having to sleep 3 in the king because the pull out couch was broken. Loved the location, walking distance to the pier and beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Made use of the cooler, boogie boards and beach chairs and towels. Great experience, would stay again!

GREAT location!! Comfortable and cozy condo! Perfect for my family of four!

The location is literally on the beach and a short walk to the pier. We went up on the rooftop deck every night to view the sunset. The pool was right off of the beach. We stayed comfortably with our 5 yr old in the king bed and our 12 yr old in the second bedroom. The place has a pack and play, air mattress, and a pull out couch if someone was staying needed it! Only an hour drive to Disney world! This place was perfect!
